TOPIC: WHAT DETERMINATION DOES 2: It Reestablishes

MEMORY VERSE:
Gen. 11:6
“6 And the LORD said, “Indeed the people are one and they all have one language, and this is what they begin to do; now nothing that they propose to do will be withheld from them.”
BIBLE READING:
Ruth 1:16-18.
“16 But Ruth said:  “Entreat me not to leave you, Or to turn back from following after you; For wherever you go, I will go;  And wherever you lodge, I will lodge; Your people  shall be my people, And your God, my God.
17 Where you die, I will die, And there will I be buried. The LORD do so to me, and more also, If  anything but death parts you and me.”
18 When she saw that she was determined to go with her, she stopped speaking to her.”
Determination deterred all effort to be discourage. Most times, determination seems like being stubborn or adamant to other options and easy ways. It presents you to others a fool when you’re determined in what to do but at the end you are always better off.
The story of Ruth is a well known story to everyone. Ruth was a widow without a child, and a daughter in-law of Naomi, who was also a widow without a child. Naomi felt there’s no reason for keeping her two daughter In-laws without husband and made effort to release them from the vow of marriage. Orpah accepted the offer but Ruth determined to go with Naomi which seems like a hopeless situation but at the end, Ruth was in the linage of Jesus Christ. She became a story to be read today but Orpah was never heard again.
Your determination doesn’t make you a fool, it reestablishes and moves you ahead in life. It may seem stressful but you will be heard of. Be determined to do the right thing and you will be glad you did.
God Bless you and Good Morning.
Happy Birthday to all celebrants and Happy Wedding Anniversary to those celebrating today. May you experience God’s fruitfulness in Jesus Mighty name, Amen.
