“38 Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure  that you use, it will be measured back to you.”

The last Ingredients of Unity we will be discussing today is Giving. Stretching out your hands to be a blessing to the members of your team: your spouse, even your leaders or superior, enhances unity. What is Giving? Many people believe giving is all about release of money, No, Giving is simply releasing a heart felt substance that meets one’s present challenge. Your Giving may be your presences, shoulder to lean on, advice, a listening ear, granting help, assistance, all help doesn’t end at release of money but a show of care to one another.

Unity simple means, your burden becomes my burden, your challenge becomes mine. We win together, we lose together, so, giving is all about taking care of one another. Seeing others needs and attending to it without being requested for. Unity can’t be achieved in marriage without Giving, likewise in all relationship. You don’t need to wait till you are being given before you also give because, giving is contagious in relationship. Make today a day of Giving no matter how small it may be.
