TOPIC: Standing On God’s Promises: 3. Dark Season Of His Promises
MEMORY VERSE:
Num 23:19
God [is] not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do [it]? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?
BIBLE READING:
Gen. 15:2.
2. And Abram said, Lord GOD, what wilt thou give me, seeing I go childless, and the steward of my house [is] this Eliezer of Damascus?
3. And Abram said, Behold, to me thou hast given no seed: and, lo, one born in my house is mine heir.

I’m standing on the promises of God.
There is a season called “The Dark Season” while waiting on God’s Promises. It’s that season you question God’s Promises, you give God reasons why His words may not come pass over your life. In that season, the only thing you see is, “This is How I Will End My Life” but the Lord is telling you this morning that, The Dark Season of waiting will soon be over, you will look back and say, “I have Overcome it all” in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen. The darkest hour of the night is always the breaking of the new day, when it seems the Reproach is much, the insult is high and shamelessness has become part of one’s life that is when God is bringing His Promises to pass, don’t give up. We have Jesus always around with us unlike the days of Old Testament. Remember that Jesus did it all on our behalf, He’s sacrifices set us free from every bondage, so we will be free come what may from those difficulties. Stay glue to the promise He made to you, He who made Abraham a father at the age of Hundred will fulfill those promises He made to you because He can not lie nor change
His mind concerning His promises. I pray with you this morning, that dark Season will not swallow you, your faith will not be overcome by that situation, receive the grace to stand on God’s promises in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen.
