Week 12: Day 4:
Wednesday, 20th March, 2024

TOPIC: JOY OF THE LORD: Fullness Of Joy 4

MEMORY VERSE:
Nehemiah. 8:10.
“… For The Joy Of The Lord Is Your Strength.”

BIBLE READING:
Ps. 16:11
“11 You will show me the path of life; in Your presence is fullness of joy; At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.”
The Joy of the Lord shall not seize in our lives in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen.
Joy is in levels for believers who enjoyed it. Joy can be reduced and be increased. Joy is like water flowing from the sources. When the flow disconnects or stops, joy can dry up but when the source is intact, joy keeps flowing. How consistent we are to the source, determines the flow of Joy. This is one of the reasons why the Bible encourages us not to forsake the gathering of the brethren.
Increase of Joy can be achieve by consistent fellowship with God. Being in His presence daily (individually and collectively) is the source to fullness of Joy. The more we appear before Him the more His joy increases in us. Each day has an influence on our Joy, either to increase or reduce it, but in His presence, Joy is automatically increase through His word, His Praises and His Worship. To experience new level of Joy, always enter His presence, through quiet time and fellowship with the brethren. God’s intention is to release fullness of Joy on all believers, so we need to be available for Him. I pray for someone today, your Joy shall be full in Jesus Mighty name, Amen.
Good Day and God bless you.

Mobile Daily Devotional with Pst. Oluboye Emmanuel
Week 12: Day 3:
Tuesday, 19th March, 2024

TOPIC: JOY OF THE LORD: Is For Believers 3

MEMORY VERSE:
Nehemiah. 8:10.
… For The Joy Of The Lord Is Your Strength.”

BIBLE READING:
Galatians 6:22-23
“22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, JOY, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.”
Joy, the fruit of the spirit shall manifest in your life as you step out today in Jesus name, Amen.
Everyone professing to be Christians are not believers, but all believers are Christians. The church is filled with crowd but many are just Christian by name not believers. Believing in the personality of God and His Son is what releases the power to become the Sons of God, John 1:12, and as many as received power has the Holy Spirit deposited in them, Act 1:8. Holy Spirit comes before power. Through this Holy Spirit, which differentiate Christians and believers, He gave the fruit of the Spirit – Joy. So therefore, when you have the Holy Spirit you got Joy as the fruit. Don’t be carried away that, every Christian has Joy, No, only believers of Jesus Christ who has the Holy Spirit has Joy.
David said,
“11 Do not cast me away from Your presence, And do not take Your Holy Spirit from me.
12 Restore to me the joy of Your salvation, And uphold me by Your generous Spirit.”
The absence of the Holy Spirit is the absence of Joy. Do you have the Holy Spirit within? That is the source of your joy. May the Spirit come upon you today in Jesus Mighty name, Amen. The presence of the Holy Spirit is what birth the fruit of the Spirit which is Joy of the Lord. Crave for the Holy Spirit to have access to everlasting Joy of the Lord.
Good Day and God bless you.

Mobile Daily Devotional with Pst. Oluboye Emmanuel
Week 12: Day 2:
Monday, 18th March, 2024

TOPIC: JOY OF THE LORD 2: Gives Strength.

MEMORY VERSE:
Nehemiah 8:10.
“… For The Joy Of The Lord Is Your Strength.”

BIBLE READING:
Nehemiah 8:10.
“10 … FOR THE JOY OF THE LORD IS YOUR STRENGTH.”
Today, you will enjoy Gods’ strength to achieve success in all your ways, in Jesus Wonderful name, Amen.
As we continue in our study on “The Joy Of The Lord” we progress to “The Joy of the Lord Gives Strength” to those who has it, Hallelujah. The Joy of the Lord is the source of strength, enablement and empowerment to those who have Joy. You can be a Christian and lack this Joy. Singing, jumping and dancing is not the evidence of the Joy that brings strength. Your actions to the events happening around you shows you have this Joy functioning in you. How do you react to situations which are not palatable? How you handle situations which seems so hard, is a proofs of the strength that comes from the Joy of the Lord. When your faith is tried, the strength sustains you. When your hope is dashed, the Joy brings you strength. People sees you and wonder if you really faced such situation, this is the strength from within, the Joy of The Lord.
When you keep singing, “It Is Well With My Soul”, “My Faith is built on nothing less, than Jesus blood and righteousness” in the mist of opposition and challenges, that’s the strength that comes from the Joy of The Lord. The Joy of the Lord gives strength that sustains even when one feels drained and weak. In time of lack, needs and want, the strength makes you joyful for you know that God is aware. That strength derived from the Joy of the Lord shall manifest in your life this year, you shall grow in the strength of the Lord from today on, in Jesus Mighty name, Amen. Seek for His joy to fill your heart and life.
Good Day and God bless you.

Week 12: Day 1:
Sunday, 17th March, 2024

TOPIC : JOY OF THE LORD: Joy Is Of The Lord (1)

MEMORY VERSE:
Neh. 8:10.
“10 … Do not sorrow, for the joy of the LORD is your strength.”

BIBLE READING:
Ps. 16:11
“11 You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.”
Welcome to another wonderful week. The strength of God shall uphold you and increase your speed this week in Jesus mighty name, Amen.
Our focus this week will be “THE JOY OF THE LORD.” The Joy of the Lord is God’s intention for every living soul. Today, we shall focus on “Joy Is Of The Lord”. Yes, Joy is of God and not of Man. What every man can produce is happiness and not Joy. Many atimes we equate the feelings of accomplishment to the Joy of the Lord which are two different instances. The Joy of the Lord is not attached to a particular achievement. It’s not substance oriented, we have it because we have God within us. This is the reason why many still move on in the face of trials and tribulation. It’s the reason why situations doesn’t have a hold on so many Christians. The Lord is the giver of joy. Accomplishment is for a while and may expire, then there will be desire for more success after it because, it has faded away, but the Joy of the Lord is everlasting and can only be derived from God. Wealth, riches, position, title, fame and power can’t give you the Joy of the Lord. They can only give you happiness. Don’t misquote me, Happiness is part of what God has predestined for us but not as important as the Joy of God itself. This is the root of it all, without God there can’t be Joy.
The Joy of the Lord brings contentment which happiness can’t produce. We need the two but one more than the other. This week, you will experience the Joy of the Lord.
Nehemiah was speaking to the people of God, saying, “The Joy of The Lord …”, not the happiness of a moment, meaning, the source of their Joy should be God and not the situation they are in currently. The presence of anyone can bring you happiness but the presence of God gives Joy everlasting. This week you will experience God of Joy in your life in Jesus name, Amen.
Good Day and God bless you.

Mobile Daily Devotional with Pst. Oluboye Emmanuel
Week 11: Day 7:
Saturday, 16th March, 2024

TOPIC : SENSITIVITY IN FAMINE 7: Famine Expires

MEMORY VERSE:
Kings 17:2.
“2. And the word of the LORD came unto him, saying,”

BIBLE READING:
Genesis 41:29-30
“29. Behold, there come seven years of great plenty throughout all the land of Egypt:
30. And there shall arise after them seven years of famine; and all the plenty shall be forgotten in the land of Egypt; and the famine shall consume the land;”
God will bring to an end those situations that seem endless in your life, the famine shall come to an end, and we shall celebrate in Jesus Mighty name, Amen.
I’m glad to tell you this morning that, there’s nothing that has a beginning without an end. There’s a starting point and a finishing point for everything under the sun. That situation started one day and if you will not give up, it will definitely end one day. Nothing lasts forever, even humans have a beginning and an end, so that famine also has an end and it will end soon in Jesus mighty name.
There was a time when Hannah, Sarah, Elizabeth, Rachel were barren, that was their famine season, the time changed and they all had their children respectively because an end came to famine in their lives. There was a time when David was living in the cage, away from king Saul but his time came and He sat on the same throne as the King of Israel. Your famine will end, I am not saying it will be easy during the famine but I’m just saying, if you won’t give up, if you won’t quit and be tired, it will end in praise. Famine comes to show us the second side of life so we can know how to handle things and treat other’s right when it’s their famine season. Be sure of this, it will soon come to an end because it has an expiring date just that we are unaware of the date.
Good Day and God bless you.

Mobile Daily Devotional with Pst. Oluboye Emmanuel
Week 11: Day 6:
Friday, 15th March, 2024

TOPIC : SENSITIVITY IN FAMINE 7: Don’t Avenge Or Doing Evil

MEMORY VERSE:
Kings 17:2.
“2. And the word of the LORD came unto him, saying,”

BIBLE READING:
1 Samuel 26:9-11.
“9. And David said to Abishai, Destroy him not: for who can stretch forth his hand against the LORD’S anointed, and be guiltless?
10. David said furthermore, As the LORD liveth, the LORD shall smite him; or his day shall come to die; or he shall descend into battle, and perish.
11. The LORD forbid that I should stretch forth mine hand against the LORD’S anointed: but, I pray thee, take thou now the spear that is at his bolster, and the cruse of water, and let us go.”
The Lord will attend to that area of our lives experiencing famine in Jesus name, Amen.
When we are talking about Famine, it may not necessarily be draught of food and water, it may be that reoccurring situation you’re tired of in your life and family. Still on the topic, “Sensitivity In Famine” we shall be focusing on, “Don’t take revenge nor Do Evil” while in famine. Famine time is a period to spontaneous anger, quarrel and uncontrollable actions. When you feel cheated or being treated unduly but nevertheless, you need to put yourself under control. You need to know it’s a test, trial and temptation to elongate your famine experience. Responding to those who offended you or retaliating may take you backward in that situation.
David was experiencing the worst famine of his time. He was once the most important person to the king but now, the Most Wanted by the same King. The king left his throne to chase David to the cage. A time presented itself for David to take the life of the King but he seek not to take revenge or do Him evil. He made sure not to laid his hand on him. No matter how hard the famine may be, don’t repay evil. As a matter of fact, that is the season to show love and care the more. Make it a season of forgiveness and reconciliation, and God will make a way out for you in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen.
Good Day and God bless you.

Mobile Daily Devotional with Pst. Oluboye Emmanuel Week 11: Day 5: Thursday, 14th March, 2024 TOPIC : SENSITIVITY IN FAMINE 4: Don’t Doubt Prophecy

Mobile Daily Devotional with Pst. Oluboye Emmanuel
Week 11: Day 5:
Thursday, 14th March, 2024

TOPIC : SENSITIVITY IN FAMINE 4: Don’t Doubt Prophecy

MEMORY VERSE:
1 Kings 17:2.
“2. And the word of the LORD came unto him, saying,”

BIBLE READING:
2 Kings 7:1-2.
“1. Then Elisha said, Hear ye the word of the LORD; Thus saith the LORD, Tomorrow about this time shall a measure of fine flour be sold for a shekel, and two measures of barley for a shekel, in the gate of Samaria.
2. Then a Lord on whose hand the king leaned answered the man of God, and said, “Behold, if the LORD would make windows in heaven, might this thing be? And he said, Behold, thou shalt see it with thine eyes, but shalt not eat thereof.”
This season, your word will come, it will not fail, and it will take you out of famine in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen.
If there’s another area where sensitivity is needed during famine, it’s when God’s servants prophesy, don’t joke with it. Yes, many prophets have been framing the word, “Thus saith The Lord”, but at that, don’t oppose it even if you won’t believe it. When God speaks, it always come in a doubtable form, which is the reason why God is not a man. Many people are faced with serious famine and still reject the prophesies of God’s servant.
Elisha made a decree with the word, “Thus saith the Lord” during famine and someone who thought he knows more than God said, “Behold, if the LORD would make windows in heaven, might this thing be?” He should have laughed like Sarah did but he opened his mouth to oppose a prophecy, don’t do that. If there’s anything you need now, it’s what God is saying concerning the present situation, don’t doubt any prophecy. Let’s think this together, if a prophecy comes and it’s not fulfilled in your life, you’ve loose nothing but if it’s establish according to the word then, that’s all we need. The right hand man of the king attracted curse upon himself while others kept quiet till the prophecy was fulfilled. Don’t doubt prophecy even if you don’t believe it. Hold on until every prophecy is declared and you will be walking out of that famine very soon.
Good Day and God bless you.

Mobile Daily Devotional with Pst. Oluboye Emmanuel Week 11: Day 4: Wednesday, 13th March, 2024 TOPIC : SENSITIVITY IN FAMINE 4: Famine And Relocation.

Mobile Daily Devotional with Pst. Oluboye Emmanuel
Week 11: Day 4:
Wednesday, 13th March, 2024

TOPIC : SENSITIVITY IN FAMINE 4: Famine And Relocation.

MEMORY VERSE:
1 Kings 17:2.
“2. And the word of the LORD came unto him, saying,”

BIBLE READING:
Genesis 26:1-3.
“1. And there was a famine in the land, beside the first famine that was in the days of Abraham. And Isaac went unto Abimelech king of the Philistines unto Gerar.
2. And the LORD appeared unto him, and said, Go not down into Egypt; dwell in the land which I shall tell thee of:
We’ve established the fact that, famine doesn’t signifies being forsaken by God. It’s natural for famine to come upon a nation and individuals. When famine set in, many relocate from their residence, leaven their marriages, their jobs even their country, thinking that will bring an end to famine. Relocation can’t end famine when God is not involved.
When their was famine in the land of Gerar, God visited Isaac in the dream, told him, you don’t need to relocate like your father did, just stay here and I will bless you and make you great. Not all famine need relocation. All you need is God’s instructions on what to do. God will always guide His children who ask for direction. When Jezebel threatening Elijah, without seeking for God’s instruction, he began to run to no specific location until God came asking,
1 Kings 19:9
“9…., behold, the word of the LORD came to him, and He said unto him, WHAT DOEST THOU HERE, ELIJAH?
Meaning, what are you doing here? Why did you left your rightful position? You don’t need to run for famine, all you need do is to ask him for direction. God is asking many of us this morning, “WHAT DOEST THOU HERE?” It’s time to return to Him for direction and stop running without a location. Yes, Abraham relocated, Elijah was told to relocate, but Elisha stayed and God also told Isaac to stay. Famine doesn’t implies relocation, it implies seeking God’s direction.

Week 11: Day 3:
Tuesday, 12th March, 2024

TOPIC : SENSITIVITY IN FAMINE 3: Investing In Famine

MEMORY VERSE:
1 Kings 17:2.
“2. And the word of the LORD came unto him, saying,”

BIBLE READING:
Genesis 26:12-13.
12. Then Isaac sowed in that land, and received in the same year an hundredfold: and the LORD blessed him.
13. And the man waxed great, and went forward, and grew until he became very great:
The God that sustains in famine, wilderness and calamity will meet all our needs in Jesus Powerful Name, Amen.
Our first point to Sensitivity In Famine was to “Listen To God’s Voice” for direction. Secondly, “Sow Into Others Life”, affect others with your giving. Today, we move further by saying, “Invest In Famine”. Famine isn’t a time to be idle but a time to invest, do something that brings profit. Work with your hands, brain and your body to gain more in famine. Yes, blessing and helping people is good but you need to sow some seeds that will bring back what you’re sowing into others lives.
Remember, it was during famine that Isaac sow, he went into farming despite the owners of the land crying here and there for hunger, he utilized their resources to plant and he harvested so much that he became wealthy by selling to the indigenes. Famine time might not be your own time to relocate. In the days of Abraham he relocated but during Isaac God said, “stay in this land”. He can’t tell you to stay if He won’t sustain you. Think on what to sow, business to venture into. Taking advantage of the moment to grow your income. This is my prayer for you today, your eyes will be open to take advantage of the moment in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen.
Stop the complain, find something to do and He will make you wealthy.
Good Day and God bless you.
