Week 10, Day 3:
Tuesday, 7th March, 2023.

TOPIC: WHAT KILLS FAITH? 3: Lack Of Prayer.

MEMORY VERSE:
Hebrews 11:1.
“1. Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”

BIBLE READING:
Philippians 4:6
“6. Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.”
Our God is all knowing. He has purpose for all His children. He places His intentions in our heart, as a Dream, Vision, Revelation, Calling or Purpose for our lives. All these can’t be possible when our faith doesn’t carry it or when it’s weak. Get this, it’s not a crime or sin that our faith is been drained or weak but the danger in this is, not reawakening it. Almost all our fathers in Faith went through this period as well, but another key to awakening it is Our Prayer life.
Prayer, truly, is work. But many get it wrong when we talked about prayer. That you can’t pray for hours doesn’t mean you are not praying. That you are not praying publicly never meant you are not praying. Prayer is communicating with God not with men. Prayer is speaking with God according to His purpose for our life. There are times you’ll feel you lack the strength to carry on, all you need do is, “Lord help my Faith”. “Strengthen my Faith.” There are times you pray for hours and times you pray for minutes, but keep praying is the key. When we Keep speaking to God, it renews our strength in God. Prayer rekindles Faith. It increases hope and gives strength for the race. Faith need to be renewed daily through our prayers. When the zeal for God’s assignment is going down, our prayer need to be increased. Prayer is proportional to faith. Light up your prayer life and your Faith will be lightened up as well. When you stop praying you start killing your Faith.
Good Morning And God Bless You.
Happy Birthday to all celebrants and Happy Wedding Anniversary to those celebrating today. May you experience God’s fruitfulness in Jesus Mighty name, Amen.
