Sunday, 26th February, 2023.

TOPIC: PEACE OVER OUR JERUSALEM 1: Love Nigeria

MEMORY VERSE:
Psalms 122:6-9.
6. Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee.

BIBLE READING:
Psalms 122:6-9.
6. Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee.
7. Peace be within thy walls, and prosperity within thy palaces.
8. For my brethren and companions’ sakes, I will now say, Peace be within thee.
9. Because of the house of the LORD our God I will seek thy good.
We are Praying for the nation Nigeria this week. As we all know we are in the election season which comes with alot of atrocities. Yesterday, the nation went to the polling unit to elect sets of new leaders to paddle this nation for the next four years, so I deem it fit to hand it over to God.
David said, “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee.” Our love for Nigeria determine the peace we enjoy from her. From today on there will be reactions and action from different corners. People will want to show some reactions about their candidates but my scripture tells me in,
Proverbs 21:1
“The king’s heart is in the hand of the LORD, as the rivers of water: he turneth it whithersoever he will.”
If the heart of a king is in God’s hand, how much more the heart of king’s subjects? We shall be praying that everyone who may want to be a vessel of destruction, during and after the election process, God will take charge of their hearts, direct it in the way of peace in Jesus Mighty Name. We declare peace all across the nation this week and no war. Any reason that may bring chaos be silence in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen. Peace of God begin to rule in every heart in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen.
Good Morning And God Bless You.
Happy Birthday to all celebrants and Happy Wedding Anniversary to those celebrating today. May you experience God’s fruitfulness in Jesus Mighty name, Amen.

TOPIC: WHO ARE YOU 5: Are You A Good Leader?

Memory Verse: John 1:19
“19 Now this is the testimony of John, when the Jews sent priests and Levites from Jerusalem to  ask him, “WHO ARE YOU?”

Bible Reading: John 21:17
“17 He said to him the third time, “Simon,  son of Jonah, do you love Me?” Peter was grieved because He said to him the third time, “Do you love Me?” And he said to Him, “Lord, You know all things; You know that I love You.” Jesus said to him, “Feed My sheep.”
Who is a leader? They are those called to show others the right path in life, not necessary spiritual things alone but in all areas of life. Everyone reading the devotional today is a leader in one area of life. As long as you have people looking up to you, (age is not a barrier), you are a leader. Married man, A leader in the home. Married woman role model and a leader to the children and other women. Leader in the family, place of work, department in Church, financial leaders, nation leader and many more. As long as people have expectation on you, you are a leader. Either first or last born of the family. We may be a follower in one area of life but also a leader in another aspect, but what are you feeding your followers with? Are you showing them the right path or discouraging them? Are you USING them or training them? Do you care for those you are leading? Everyone you are leading are God’s sheep, feed them well.
As a Christian leader, can others follow your path and enjoy God? Politician leaders, do you robber Peter to pay Paul? As a Father, what are you imparting on your wife and children? First born of the family, which way are you treading on? You are chosen to be where you are, to correct the wrongs of your predecessors? Not to tread their path again. Are you a Good leader? Then Feed your followers the right meal. God bless you all.
Good Morning.
Happy Birthday to all celebrants and Happy Wedding Anniversary to those celebrating today, May you experience God’s fruitfulness in Jesus Mighty name, Amen.

Mobile Daily Devotional. Week 6, Day 4.

10th February, 2021
*TOPIC: KILLERS OF FAITH*
*Memory Verse: Heb. 11:1-2*
*1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. 2 For by it the  elders obtained a good testimony.*
*Bible Reading: Math. 9:1-7*
*1 So He got into a boat, crossed over, and came to His own city. 2 Then behold, they brought to Him a paralytic lying on a bed. When Jesus saw their faith, He said to  the paralytic, “Son, be of good cheer; your sins are forgiven you.” 3 And at once some of the scribes said within themselves, “This Man blasphemes!” 4 But Jesus, knowing their thoughts, said, “Why do you think evil in your hearts? 5 For which is easier, to say, ‘Your sins are forgiven you,’ or to say, ‘Arise and walk’?   6 But that you may know that the Son of Man has power on earth to forgive sins”—then He said to the paralytic, “Arise, take up your bed, and go to your house.” 7 And he arose and departed to his house.*
*3. SIN KILLS FAITH*
Christians has been walking in faith with God but never try to walk away from sin. With Faith in their heart they keep carrying the loads of sin along and the scripture says, God can not behold sin, Hab. 1:13. Sin is a slow poison to faith no matter how Full, Great or Little your faith may be.
Living an unrighteous life will kill your faith. *_17 All unrighteousness is sin, and there is sin not leading to death. 1 John 5:17_*
Fighting and keeping malice with your neighbour is unrighteous. Selecting people you relate with and backbiting in the church is a sin. Not been faithful to your spouse when it comes to money or your personal belongs is a sin. Disobedience is a sin.
I will like you to check through yourself, what is the sin killing my faith? Choking my faith from reality?
Before Jesus could attend to the healing of the paralytic man, he needed to separate him from his sins despite the faith of those who brought him to Jesus. To God, sin is louder than faith, remember, no small sin, sin is sin.
Fetch that sin out before it finally kills your faith. The grace to faithfully locate our sins and renounce it, may it fall on us all in Jesus Mighty Name.
Have a Great Day.

*TOPIC: KILLERS OF FAITH*
*Memory Verse: Heb. 11:1-2*
*1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. 2 For by it the  elders obtained a good testimony.*
*Bible Reading: Gen. 16:1-4*
*1 Now Sarai, Abram’s wife, had borne him no children. And she had an Egyptian maidservant whose name was Hagar. 2 So Sarai said to Abram, “See now, the LORD has restrained me  from bearing children. Please, go in to my maid; perhaps I shall obtain children by her.” And Abram heeded the voice of Sarai. 3 Then Sarai,  Abram’s wife, took Hagar her maid, the Egyptian, and gave her to her husband Abram to be his wife, after Abram had dwelt ten years in the land  of Canaan. 4 So he went in to Hagar, and she conceived. And when she saw that she had conceived, her mistress became despised in her eyes.*
*2. Alternative Route*
Another killer of faith is *Seeking Alternative Route*.
Faith in God has no retirement date. Faith means, looking up to God till He answers my prayer. Seeking alternative route shows that, you have denied faith. You’ve turned your back on Faith. You’ve said to God, “I can’t wait anymore”.
Many has fallen victim of this. Many marriages have gone through this alternative route without their spouse’s consent, denying faith in God. One of the tools of faith is consistency. If you can’t be consistent with your faith, you will keep seeking for alternative route.
Many ladies gave up their pride because of promotion, job offers, in the name of marriage and some just to get money. It took Father Abraham fifteen extra years to meet up with the plan of God for him. He listened to his wife’s idea without consulting God’s intention. His faith in God was tampered with. He has to start all over again in the race of faith.
I pray with you this morning, you will not be distracted from your Faith. You will not seek for alternative route to your destiny in God, in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen.
Stop seeking for shortcut to your destiny maintain your faith in God and He will bring His plan to pass over your life.
Have a Great Day.

Mobile Daily Devotional. Week 6, Day 2

8th February, 2021

*TOPIC: KILLERS OF FAITH*
*Memory Verse: Heb. 11:1-2*
*1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. 2 For by it the  elders obtained a good testimony.*
*Bible Reading: James 1:5-8*
*5 If any of you lacks  wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all  liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. 6 But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. 7 For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; 8 he is a double-minded man,  unstable in all his way.*
*1. Doubt*
Someone define Faith as *”Father, Am In Thy Hands.”* Faith is giving all to God regardless of the situation. It also means, you always know what to do. No matter how strong your faith is in God, no matter the level of your faith, a simple doubt can water it down. What is Doubt? Can God really do this? Is it possible for God? How will this be? Doubt Is believing the facts seen compare to what God Is saying.
Apostle James said, *_But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind._*
When you join faith together with doubt, Is like blending salt with bitter kola, very difficult to separate. The salt won’t be useful neither will the bitter kola be useful.(Despite their unique identity). Your faith is diluted when doubt steps in. Doubting God’s word is the origin of faithlessness.
Mark, 11:22-24, Jesus speaking,
*_22 So Jesus answered and said to them, “Have faith in  God. 23 For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and  does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he  says. 24 Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them._*
When you pray, pray in Faith and not in doubt, for God recognises a prayer of faith without iota of doubt.
Have a Great Day.

Mobile Daily Devotional. Week 5, Day 7

6th February, 2021

TOPIC: FACTS ABOUT FAITH

Memory Verse: Heb. 11:1-2
1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. 2 For by it the elders obtained a good testimony.

Bible Reading: James 2:18-24
18 But someone will say, “You have faith, and I have works.” Show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by my works. 19 You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons believe—and tremble! 20 But do you want to know, O foolish man, that faith without works is dead? 21 Was not Abraham our father justified by works when he offered Isaac his son on the altar? 22 Do you see that faith was working together with his works, and by works faith was made perfect? 23 And the Scripture was fulfilled which says, “Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.” And he was called the friend of God. 24 You see then that a man is justified by works, and not by faith only.

Work Justifies Faith
Faith without work is pride. Work is what differentiate Faith and Pride. Faith without work Is dead. The easiest way to kill faith is not to work. Having full faith without taking action amount to no faith at all. Your faith, believe and expectations can only be real when work is added.

Father Abraham had faith in God’s declaration, but work says, lay with your wife for Isaac to be born. The woman with the issue of blood have the faith that she will be healed by touching Jesus garment but, work says, touch the garment. Your faith in God can only be Justify by your works. Work perfect your Faith. Faith with fasting, prayers and patience can give you visions, revelations and insight but without work, your faith is a mirage.

Prove your faith with your works. Stop praying for jobs and folding your hands without doing anything. Stop having faith for a child when you will not have union with your husband. Faith doesn’t pass exams, reading is the works you need. The prove to obtain mercy of God by faith is by showing mercy to others.

_24 You see then that a man is justified by works, and not by faith only._

Have a Great Day.

TOPIC: FACTS ABOUT FAITH

Memory Verse: Heb. 11:1-2
1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. 2 For by it the elders obtained a good testimony.

Bible Reading: James 1:2-4
2 My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, 3 KNOWING THAT THE TESTING OF YOUR FAITH PRODUCES PATIENCE. 4 But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.

Faith Needs Patience
_Now faith is the substance (image) of things hoped for, the evidence (Prove) of things not seen._ (personal paraphrase)

Between your faith and the image you hope for, patience is the needed vehicle for transportation. The main reason many believers backslide is not lack of faith but lack of patience with faith. Every faith needs patience. Patience is what proves your stand about your faith. Patience enhances your faith to move towards your expectations.

King David said, _”I waited patiently for the LORD; And He inclined to me, And heard my cry.”, Ps. 40:1_

‘Waited’ here means Faith. He needed to add patience to his faith before God could incline to him. Many waited on the Lord but not with Patience. Until you learn the principle of walking by Faith with Patience, you might miss the road to your manifestation. Until Father Abraham learned how to be patience in Faith, he wasn’t qualified to have isaac, all his faith (without patience) could produces was Ismael, alternative to God’s purpose for him.

Add patience to your faith. Let others go ahead of you, you are coming to catch up with them. Stop comparing yourself with others, just keep the faith on with patience. Be patience in your faith. Patience proves your faith. Your faith needs patience. Halleluyah!

Have a Great Day.

TOPIC: FACTS ABOUT FAITH

Memory Verse: Heb. 11:1
1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. 2 For by it the elders obtained a good testimony.

Bible Reading: Luke 17:5-6
5 And the apostles said to the Lord, “Increase our faith.” 6 So the Lord said, “If you have faith as a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be pulled up by the roots and be planted in the sea,’ and it would obey you.

Faith Is In Sizes
Christianity is in levels and faith is in sizes. You can only receive according to the level of your Faith. Your manifestation is determined by your faith level. There are many levels of Faith found in the Bible but one thing is very sure your faith will always produce result, either big or small result, no faith is unproductive.

The disciples said to Jesus _increase our Faith_ and Jesus said, it’s not a matter of the size of your faith that works. But if you want different level of manifestation increase your level of faith.

We have the Mustard Seed Faith level, Luke17:6.
We have the Little Faith level, Math 6:30, 8:26.
We have Great Faith” level, Math. 8:10, Math. 15:28 and
We have Full of Faith level, Acts 6:8.

Which ever level your faith might be, it can be increase. All you need do is to increase your intake of the word of God. Strengthen your prayer life. Work on what you listen to and your level will change.

Remember, all levels of faith works but the level of your faith determines the level of your manifestation. I see you moving to the next level of faith in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen.

See you tomorrow.

Have a Great Day.
