WEEKLY RECAP, (Life Application)

TOPIC: PRESENT YOUR CV
Memory Verse: Is a. 41:21
“21 “Present your case,” says the LORD. “Bring forth your strong reasons,” says the King of Jacob.”
Anything we will receive from God must be attracted by one good habit from us. Faithful God is He who releases greater blessings on us but not without qualification most times. We discussed about we presenting our Curriculum Vitae to God this week. This is the recap of what we’ve studied this week.
Day 1
TOPIC: OTHERS RECOMMENDING YOU
TEXT: ACTS 9:39-41.
With the way you act in your environment, can anyone recommend you for a job? Can others pray to God to release your request? Can anyone genuinely stands as your guarantor in that situation? The truth be told, when men can’t recommend you, it takes the grace of God to help you. Change your attitude today.

Day 2
Topic: What Have You Done For God
Text: Isa. 38:2-5.
Can you boldly reason with God by mentioning ten (10) services you’ve rendered to Him for that healing, open doors, opportunities, and the lifting you are expecting? Do you really have time for God at all? Who you serve determines who attends to your request. Hezekiah presented his CV to the God whom he served. Your commitment to God is your CV.

Day 3

Text: Ps. 89:20-21.
How are you serving  your boss, your spouse, your parent, your superiors, can God through your service call you a servant? Do you serve only in their presence or behind them also- eye service? David wasn’t monitored by his father and God still called him a Servant. Your service is your CV.

Day 4
Topic: Recount Your Testimony
Text : 1 Sam. 17:32-36.
In that situation you find yourself, do you know, flashing back on all the victories God has given you and declaring them to the face of the present situation is presenting your CV to God? Declaring that, “The Lord who delivered me from all my challenges in time past will do the same” makes God stand by you. You just have to focus on God for the victory not the problem. Your past Victory can stand as your CV to God.

Day 5
Topic: Worship Him.
Text: 1 kings 3:410
There are times you need to present sacrifices to God as if there’s no fear in you. In the face of that trials, find time to sacrifice tangible things to God, in form of Praise, Worship, Giving to God, ascribing all adoration to Him, it’s a form of faith and CV presentation. You don’t need to let others see your fears, give it to God in worship. Solomon was disturbed with wisdom to guide the Israelite but never revealed it until he presented his CV to God.

Bless others with what they lack and your possession. Being an answer to other’s prayer is a CV presentation to God. When others are in need and you can afford it, release it, give to many as you can.as you’re led. Sow to the right place. Meet the needs of your colleagues, friends, family and Men of God, it’s a CV to God.

TOPIC: OVERCOMING FAINTNESS (RECAP)
Mobile Daily Devotional with Pst. Fakunle Emmanuel Week 6, Day 7,
Saturday, 12th January 2022.

WEEKLY RECAP, (Life Application)

TOPIC: OVERCOMING FAINTNESS
Memory Verse:
Is. 40:29
He gives power to the weak, And to  those who have no might He  increases strength.
Day 1
TRUSTING IN GOD
Text: Is. 40:31
The first step to overcome faintness is to trust in the Lord in that situation. God always has a way of strengthening us and seeing us through our depressed moment because, He, (God) has never and will never be depressed for a moment. Our memory verse says, He fainteth not. Put your trust in Him and not in any man to strengthen you. Men can fail but only God can be trusted without failing.

Day 2
WAITING ON GOD IN PRAYERS
Text: Is. 40:31
When we say, ‘Waiting On God’, this is the prove of trusting in God. You wait in the place of Prayers, you don’t assume God knows your challenges or your present situation, He needs you to open your mouth and make known to Him that fainting situation around you. Consistent prayer is the next step to be free from fainting spirit.

Day 3
SEPARATE YOURSELF TO SEEK GOD.
Text: 1 Kings 19:4
One of the reason many go for mountain prayers is the fact that, they want to be alone with God. They want to be separated from friends and family and make their heart known to God. Jacob was left Alone to wrestle with the angel, Hannah left her family to seek God even in the same Shiloh where her family were present. Elijah was running from Jezebel but was he also running from his servant? No, he just needed to be alone with God. Seek a quite and secluded place to speak to God  alone, you need a direct connection with Him.

Day 4
4. LISTEN TO THE STILL SMALL VOICE.
Text: Haba. 2:1
When we commune with God, He always respond to us but in diverse ways. Hearing and recognising God’s voice is what determine our victory over faintness. God does respond to us via still small voice, an idea, through people and even through the word of God we read daily. God does speaks but we need to listen to hear Him. Be sensitive to hear Him speak to you.

Day 5
5. CHANGE YOUR COUNTENANCE
Text 1 Sam. 1:18.
After your prayers, how do you react? Do you change your countenance? Do you still feel moody after hearing God’s voice? Many feels rejected after spending time with God. Your countenance should look like your desires has arrive not as if God was not please with you. Hannah believed and started changing her attitude. She acted as if God has released all her request. Change your countenance whenever you pray, it means a lot to God.

Day 6
6: ACT ON HIS INSTRUCTIONS
Text: 2 Kings 4:2-4
When we pray and God speaks or gives us an idea, we need to  start working on it. There should be no more delay after God gives us instruction. Many are confuse about how to go about it but that shouldn’t be our challenge. All we need do is to take a bold step and act accordingly. Acting and doing the needful about God’s instructions is what brings an end to faintness in one’s life.
http://mymobiledailydevotional.blogspot.com/2022/02/topic-overcoming-faintness-6-mobile.html
May we able to hear God clearly when he’s speaking to us. Every depression causing faintness in your life will dry up in Jesus Mighty name, Amen. Heaven will hear your prayers in Jesus Precious Name.

WRONG REQUEST
Text: Luke 15:12
Like the younger son, many Christians have been asking God for wants instead of needs. Life is in stages and we are all in sizes, be patience in your request. Seek for God’s will for your life not your own will alone. Make the right request from God and men.

Many Christians are acting like the prodigal son. When God grant their heart desires, they turn their back on God. Watch your decisions after the blessing of God over your life. How are you living your life? Are you a waster of resources?  Do you only care about “Now Mentality” or “Tomorrow Mentality”?  When you waste God’s resources, it stops growing. You compete with the highly placed, celebrities and wise spenders. Be wise with what you have. Don’t be a waster, use those resources wisely.
