TOPIC: WHAT GOD REQUIRED FROM US 3: A Broken Spirit

MEMORY VERSE:
Ezekiel 36:26
26 I will give  you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.

BIBLE READING:
Ps. 51:16-17
“16 For You do not desire sacrifice, or else I would give it; You do not delight in burnt offering.
17 The Sacrifices Of God  Are A Broken Spirit, A Broken And A Contrite Heart, These, O God, You Will Not Despise.”
The third request of God from us is a Broken Spirit; a heart that recognizes his/her mistake and repent of it. A heart that is sober when he/she realizes his/her wrong. This was the secret of King David during His reign as the king of Israel. He is always quick to repent of his shortcomings. He runs to God for mercy, repent and pleads for forgiveness and this is what God wants from every believer, A repented heart. New Living Translation put it this way
“The sacrifice you desire is a broken spirit. You will not reject a broken and repentant heart, O God.”
Psalms 51:17
“A broken and a repentant heart” can’t be replaced with sacrifice or offerings. How broken are you? How fast are you to accept your shortcomings? When the word of God hits at you, how do you take it? Do you react at the Man of God or you received the corrections? When David was confronted with the killing of Uriah, he was quick to repent of his sins. This is what God seek from us, a heart that is fast to repent and fast to turn away from sin. No matter the weight of the sacrifice of an unrepentant heart, they can’t be felt by God until such repent of their wrong ways. Have you been offering an unaccepted sacrifices to God? Repent of your shortcomings and depart from them.
God Bless you and Good Morning.
Happy Birthday to all celebrants and Happy Wedding Anniversary to those celebrating today. May you experience God’s fruitfulness in Jesus Mighty name, Amen.

TOPIC: WHAT GOD REQUIRED FROM US 2: Fulfill Your Vows.

MEMORY VERSE:
Job 22:27
“27 You will make your prayer to Him, He will hear you, And you will pay your vows.”

BIBLE READING:
Ps. 50:8-14
11 I know every bird on the mountains, and all the animals of the field are mine.
12 If I were hungry, I would not tell you, for all the world is mine and everything in it.
13 Do I eat the meat of bulls? Do I drink the blood of goats?
14 Make Thankfulness Your Sacrifice To God,     AND KEEP THE VOWS YOU MADE TO THE MOST HIGH.
Welcome to the month of August, A Month Of New Beginning shall it be in Jesus Mighty Name.
Today, we will be looking at the second request of God from us. When we are in difficulties, tribulations or  confusion, we hastily commit ourselves with vows without considering the weight. We declare to God what we think we can do if He changes our present situations. We begin to say, “Lord if you will do this for me, I will do this for you”. We make vows that we can’t meet up with or forget about the vows when God delivers us. God doesn’t joke with any commitment we have with Him especially when He has fulfill His part. Vows at the altar on your wedding day, vows when you are in serious needs, vows to repay your helpers back, vows in form of debt, all these, God doesn’t joke with. God frank at not redeeming your vows. Tithe, Thanksgiving, ceremony or appreciation doesn’t replace the place of vows you made.
Start thinking on those vows you’ve been committed to. God requires you to fulfill all your vows regardless of any other expenses.
Vow Precaution
1. During your challenges, don’t makes vows you can’t remit, watch what you say.
2. Don’t vow on behalf of others, they may not fulfill it and God will require it from you.
3. Document your vows when you make them.
Do you have any vows yet to be remitted? God is waiting for the remittance, search them out and fulfill them.
God Bless you and Good Morning.
Happy Birthday to all celebrants and Happy Wedding Anniversary to those celebrating today. May you experience God’s fruitfulness in Jesus Mighty name, Amen.

TOPIC: WHAT GOD REQUIRED FROM US 1: Thanksgivings

MEMORY VERSE:
Ps. 136:1
“1 Give thanks to the lord, for he is good! His faithful love endures forever.

BIBLE READING:
Ps. 50:8-14
8 I have no complaint about your sacrifices or the burnt offerings you constantly offer.
9 But I do not need the bulls from your barns     or the goats from your pens.
10 For all the animals of the forest are mine, and I own the cattle on a thousand hills.
How thankful are you? Are you part of the offering freak people who believe without fat and big offering I’m not thankful enough? Have you joined the leagues of believers who sees wealth as the only reason to thank God?  God is not moved by your resource, wealth, not even your dance but a genuine “Heartfelt Thanksgiving”.
He was speaking to the children of Israel that, the ram, goat, sheep and blood of it all doesn’t move Him like the attitude of thanksgiving. Thanksgiving is looking beyond your present predicament to appreciate God over your life. Gift of money, clothing, sheep, dancing and any other things is just to complement what’s in your heart to God, not the real thanks. Your thought determine your Thanksgiving.
Can you take time out to Thank God genuinely today being the last day of the seventh month? He’s done well for us all, let’s give God a heartfelt Thanksgivings regardless of what we have, it’s your heart that matters not our resources. Give God thanks for keeping you this far.
God Bless you and Good Morning.

TOPIC: WEEK OF PRAYERS 7: Frustrate Evil Counsel Against Nigeria.

MEMORY VERSE:
Prov. 24:10
“10 If you faint in the day of adversity, Your strength is small.”

BIBLE READING:
Job 5:12-13.
“12 He frustrates the devices of the crafty, So that their hands cannot carry out their plans.
13 He catches the wise in their own craftiness, And the counsel of the cunning comes quickly  upon them.”
The Lord says, “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem in order to enjoy Peace, Ps. 122:6. The nation Nigeria needs our prayers more than ever before. If you are in the Country, Nigeria, I know you will understand better. Likewise, whichever country you are, the Gospel is facing challenges here and there, so I deem it fit we pray for our countries this morning for God to rule and reign, to expose and frustrate the counsel of evil over our countries. The present situation of this land is not His plans for us. In 2 Chronicles 7:14, the scripture says,
“14 if MY PEOPLE who are called by MY NAME will HUMBLE THEMSELVES, and PRAY and  SEEK MY FACE, and TURN FROM THEIR WICKED WAYS, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and HEAL THEIR LAND.”
As the people of God, called by His name, God expect us to call Him concerning our Nations. He can only listen to the prayers of His children who thirst for a change nation. He can only listen to His people who humbles and prays to Him for change of situation before our land can be healed. I’ll like you, that you’re reading this devotional this morning to be among the people of God calling for His healing over this land, in order words, you need to be humble, see yourself as a sinner who need to repent and seek God’s face for this nation. We need to pray for His intervention before it’s too late. Our leaders have forsaken God and His will, we need to cry to God to heal our land.
I’ll like us to pray concerning the killings, kidnappings, innocent lives being wasted everyday, the banditry, nonchalant attitude of our leaders. Let us pray against every evil agenda of the devil against this nation, that God will arise and frustrate every plans, destroy their schemes and wipe them out with their weapons. For no one stands against God that succeeds, they shall not succeed with their intentions against the nation. Finally, that the Lord should heal our land and be our ruler once again, in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen.
God Bless you and Good Morning.

“10 If you faint in the day of adversity, Your strength is small.”

BIBLE READING:
Ps. 107:20
“20 He sent His word and healed them, And delivered  them from their destructions.”
Today, we shall be interceding for everyone under the siege of sickness and any forms of disease. This is the greatest weapon of the devil over believers. Let me make this known to us all, not all sicknesses are a result of sin, not at all. The devil is behind almost 80% of sicknesses and diseases across the world. Several viruses emanating daily are the works of the devil, today, I decree and declare, every forms of sickness in your body, the body of your loved once, family member or relatives and friends, by the power in the blood of Jesus, they are cleanse in Jesus mighty name, Amen. TOPIC: WEEK OF PRAYERS 5: They Will Go Down On My Behave

MEMORY VERSE:
Prov. 24:10
“10 If you faint in the day of adversity, Your strength is small.”

BIBLE READING:
2 Kings 1:9-10.
“9 Then the king sent to him a captain of fifty  with his fifty men. So he went up to him; and  there he was, sitting on the top of a hill. And he  spoke to him: “Man of God, the king has said,  ‘Come down!’ ”
10 So Elijah answered and said to the captain of fifty, “If I am a man of God, then let fire come down from heaven and consume you and your fifty men.” And fire came down from heaven and consumed him and his fifty.”
Those who want us down this year, will go down in our place  in Jesus name. Those who work with authority to remove us from our rightful position will be removed by the power of God. The king sent his armies to arrest Prophet Elijah because the hand of God was upon him, ‘for he reveals every thought of the kings heart to the king of Israel. The fifty and his captain were sent, and told Elijah, “The King said, Come down”. There’s nobody who is at the top that desire to come down except God preplanned it. The scripture said, Elijah was at the top of the hill, which signifies Higher Level. Every position we are that men and women are running tirelessly to bring us down, God will disappoint them all in Jesus mighty name. Those that are already down and want us down with them will go down on our behalf in Jesus name, Amen.
Elijah said, “If I be a man of God,” since you called me a man of God, “then let fire come down from heaven and consume you all and it was so. We all know how the story ended. I pray for you and myself today, everyone working tirelessly to bring us down will go down the lane of life in Jesus name, they shall die in our place in Jesus name.
Say, Father, let them go down that want me down, let them be dead that want me dead. Let them be forgotten that want me forgotten in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen.
God Bless you and Good Morning.

TOPIC: WEEK OF PRAYERS 4: I Escape Every Evil Traps

Ps. 124:7-8
“7 Our soul has escaped as a bird from the snare  of the fowlers; The snare is broken, and we have escaped.
8 Our help  is in the name of the LORD, Who made heaven and earth.”
You will be free from every trap of the devil from today on in Jesus Mighty name. In the books of Acts Chapter 12, King Herod ceased James, one the Apostles, and killed him, the scripture said, “and it pleases the Jews so He went ahead to arrest Apostle Peter and locked him in the prison.” Every where we have been cage, by the power in the name of Jesus we are set free in Jesus Mighty Name.
God sent his angel and rescued Apostle Peter. The scripture made it known that the doors and chains broke away on their own accord and Apostle Peter was freed from Herod, Angels will come for our rescue in Jesus name, chains and shackles are broken off our lives in Jesus name. Kind David said, the snare is broken and we have escaped from the Fowler’s snare, every snare be broken today in Jesus Mighty Name.
Speak to God about that shackles, chain, stagnation, snares of delay over your life, decree and declare your freedom from them all in Jesus Wonderful name.

Prov. 24:10
“10 If you faint in the day of adversity, Your strength is small.”

BIBLE READING:
Ps. 7:14-17.
“14 Behold, the wicked brings forth iniquity; Yes, he conceives trouble and brings forth falsehood.
15 He made a pit and dug it out, And has fallen into the ditch which he made.
16 His trouble shall return upon his own head, And his violent dealing shall come down on his own crown.”
The scripture says, “17 No weapon formed against you shall prosper, And every tongue which rises against you in  judgment, You shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, And their righteousness is from Me,” Says the LORD.”
Is 54:17.
Many are going through situations that can’t be explained or categorized. Some are being jailed for cases they know nothing about, false allegations, undefined sicknesses, oppositions from friends and family and many more, I decree upon you today, those situations will go back to sender in Jesus Precious name, Amen. Speak to God about those undefined situation around you. Revoke every  trap you’ve stumble into, every pit you’ve dashed in to, reject and return back to the sender by the power in the name of Jesus. Make the decree according to your desire this morning and it shall be established in Jesus Wonderful Name.

TOPIC: WEEK OF PRAYERS 2: Let Storms Be Calm.

MEMORY VERSE:
Prov. 24:10
“10 If you faint in the day of adversity, Your strength is small.”

BIBLE READING:
Matthew 8:23-26
“23 Now when He got into a boat, His disciples followed  Him.
24 And suddenly a great tempest arose on the sea, so that the boat was covered with the waves. But He was asleep.
25 Then His disciples came to Him and  awoke Him, saying, “Lord, save us! We are perishing!”
26 But He said to them, “Why are you fearful, O you of little faith?” Then He arose and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great calm.
In the Journey of life storms are inevitable as long as we are Christians. Being a Christians is not a guarantee of ‘no difficulties and challenges’ but there’s always an assurance of escape from every storms. When Jesus was on earth He also faced a lot of storms everywhere He went, but one thing about Jesus is this, He defeated them all before He finished His race on earth, I pray for you this morning, you will be victorious over every storms of life in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen.
How did Jesus overcame them all? By declaring, By decreeing and by commanding what He desire. When He was in the boat with His disciples, the scriptures says, There was a great Storm that almost capsized the boat. The wave became serious that the Disciples were afraid and rushed to wake Jesus. When He got up, the scripture said, “He Rebuked the Wind.” He spoke what He desired to come to pass. When the devil comes His way, He only tells him what He want by decree. He never complained of any storms, wind or demon, He simply command what He wanted. This morning, it’s time to decree what you desire and not what is happening. It’s time to stop complaining and command the situation around you. Whatever the Storm around you may be, command what you want, speak what you desire over them right now. Calm the storm, rebuke the wind and establish your desires over those situations.
Father, in the Name of Jesus, I calm every storm around my life, my home, my family and my workplace. Over my business, and parent, let every raging storm cease in Jesus Mighty Name, and so shall it be, in Jesus Mighty Name, Have Prayed, Amen.
God Bless you and Good Morning.

TOPIC: WEEK OF PRAYERS 1: Increase My Strength

MEMORY VERSE:
Prov. 24:10
“10 If you faint in the day of adversity, Your strength is small.”

BIBLE READING:
Matthew. 21:1-2
“1 Now when they drew near Jerusalem, and  came to Bethphage, at the Mount of Olives,  then Jesus sent two disciples,
2 saying to them, “Go into the village opposite you, and immediately you will find a donkey tied, and a colt with her. Loose them and bring them to Me.
Thank God for the last week of the month of July, the Lord has brought us this far, To Him alone be all the Glory, we ascribe all Praises to Him. Being the last week of the month, it’s our prayer week and we will be raising some prayer point from our last teaching. For one to be able to wait till the day of manifestation the strength of God is needed. The scripture says in 1 Sam. 2:9,
“He will guard the feet of His saints,  But the wicked shall be silent in darkness. “For by strength no man shall prevail.”
No one can do it all alone. Waiting period is a time to cry for God’s strength, it’s a season of weakness for the body, discouragement and giving up but when God strengthens you, you are renewed. I don’t know that situation you may be in now that seems you are tied down for too long, may God renew your strength for the remaining period in Jesus Mighty Name.
I’ll like us to cry to God for His strength to keep us fit for the time being. Make it known to Him, your strength is drained and you need him to refill you with His strength. It was the strength of God that kept the donkey and the colt that long, we need that strength also. Pray to God for this strength, we can’t do it alone any longer.
God Bless you and Good Morning.
