7 And David said to Abiathar the priest, Ahimelech’s son, I pray thee, bring me hither the ephod. And Abiathar brought thither the ephod to David. 

8 And David enquired at the LORD, saying, Shall I pursue after this troop? shall I overtake them? And he answered him, Pursue: for thou shalt surely overtake them, and without fail recover all.

God is the author of transformation so, every transformation is traced to him. God can transform our situation any way that pleases Him. The way He transforms your situation will be different from mine. That is why He is God. This being the reason for continuous discussion on how we can be transformed by God. Most often, God do transform lives when we seek His will for our lives. Those situations we find ourselves might be as a result of our short comings to God. 

David and his men came back to their camp, met an empty and burnt home, no relative and families. They were all down and dejected till they had no more strength in them. But David came back to his senses, that he has the God who knows all things. Then, he called on his Priest, who also lost his family, to seek the face of God concerning the situation at hand. And God spoke to David and led Him to victory.

Do you consult God at all about that transformation you are seeking for? Yes you did, but were you patient enough to hear him or you concluded on what His response will be and took a step? Transformation by God can only come when He is the one leading you. Have you reached out to God to know the source of that problem in your life? When you discovered any area of your life that needs the transformation of God, you need to seek His will concerning it and how to go about it. Seek His face today, He will reveal to you, He also know the way to transform your situation. Seek His face always.
