TOPIC: IN THE WILDERNESS 7: Avoid Rebel Against Leaders

Memory Verse: Is. 43:18
“19 … I will even make a road in the wilderness, And rivers in the desert.”

Bible Reading: Numb 12:1-3
“1 Then Miriam and Aaron spoke against Moses because of the Ethiopian woman whom he had  married; for he had married an Ethiopian woman.
2 So they said, “Has the LORD indeed spoken only through Moses? Has He not spoken through us also?” And the LORD heard it.
3 (Now the man Moses was very humble, more than all men who were on the face of the earth.)”
One attitude that one need to avoid while in the wilderness is Rebelling against one’s leader. When someone is your Leader, Boss, Superior or Master, that person is not there because He/She is a perfect person without fault, but He/She has been chosen to lead you in one way or the other because God has in him/her what will take you to where God has predestined for you. Many times, those leaders do things that turns us off, get us angry but, God knows more than we see in them. We need to be careful not to rebel against them because God will stand by them against us.
Miriam was an elder sister to Moses but she rebel against Moses and God spoke and fought for Moses. Beware of standing against God through His appointed leaders over your life. They are to lead us through the wilderness for they know the path more than we do, so we need to be careful with how we deal with them. May we not stand against God through our leaders in Jesus Mighty name, Amen.
Good Morning.
Happy Birthday to all the celebrants of the day and Happy Wedding Anniversary to those celebrating today, May you experience God’s fruitfulness in Jesus Mighty name, Amen.

TOPIC: IN THE WILDERNESS 6: Appreciate The Miracles

Memory Verse: Is. 43:18
“19 … I will even make a road in the wilderness, And rivers in the desert.”

Bible Reading: Exo. 14:11
“11 Then the LORD said to Moses: “How long will these people reject Me? And how long will they not believe Me, with all the signs which I have performed among  them?
Situations might be bad and terrible in that wilderness you find yourself presently, but one things is sure, you’ve not been consumed by it, Halleluyah. It’s time for us to see the good things the Lord is doing in our wilderness. it’s time to  show Him gratitude for every miracles He releases on us. One attitude that turns God off is ingratitude, and that was the greatest attitude of the Israelite In the wilderness. They easily forget the doings – miracles, acts and signs – of God in their mist and this made God angry. That situations is not as bad as we painted it. It isn’t the worst situation we’ve even been through. We just need to see through it and Thank God for:
1. Being alive
2. Being in our rightful senses.
3. Being complete the way God made us.
4. Still better than billions of people.
5. Having a relationship with God.
6. For that marriage, that work, that business, ministry, helpers around and not been left alone.
And many more as you can reason. God is still good despite the wilderness, show Him gratitude today and subdue your complains, fears and your past glory. Do not be like the Israelite that forgot the act of God.
Ps. 78:11,
“11 And forgot his  works, and his wonders that he had showed them.”
Be grateful in that wilderness.
Good Morning.
Happy New Month to you all.

TOPIC: IN THE WILDERNESS 5: Beware Of The Past

Memory Verse: Is. 43:18
“19 … I will even make a road in the wilderness, And rivers in the desert.”

Bible Reading: Exo. 17:2-3
“2 Then the whole congregation of the  children of Israel complained against Moses and Aaron in the wilderness.
3 And the children of Israel said to them, “Oh, that we had died by the hand of the LORD in the land of Egypt, when we sat by the pots of meat and when we ate bread to the full! For you have brought us out into this wilderness to kill this whole assembly with hunger.”
God is a forward God and not backward. When God is taking the lead in your life, He always has a better place than where He took you from. God will never lead you from good to worst, No, for He has  better plans and good  intentions for us. He told Abraham to leave his native country and at the end of his life, it was very better than where God took him from, I pray we will not be distracted from God’s plans for our lives in Jesus Mighty name, Amen.
The Israelite, throughout the journey, kept thinking backward and not forward, the thought of food and of slavery filled their heart that they couldn’t see the miracles of God. When you focus on your past successes it prevents you from your presence and future successes. When you leave in the past you are not qualified for the future. If your past relationships, business, work or life was better than where God is taking you, He will never move you away. Beware of those onions, pot of meats, breads and cucumbers of slavery. Focus on what God is doing presently in your life and move on. He can’t lead wrongly, He has a better future for you, Jere. 29:11.
Good Morning.
Happy Birthday to all the celebrants of the day and Happy Wedding Anniversary to those celebrating today, May you experience God’s fruitfulness in Jesus Mighty name, Amen.

TOPIC: IN THE WILDERNESS 4: Beware Of Fear

Memory Verse: Is. 43:18
“19 … I will even make a road in the wilderness, And rivers in the desert.”

Bible Reading: Numbers 13:30-33
“30 Then Caleb quieted the people before Moses, and said, “Let us go up at once and take  possession, for we are well able to overcome it.”
31 But the men who had gone up with him said, “We are not able to go up against the people, for they are stronger than we.”
32 And they gave the children of Israel a bad report of the land  which they had spied out, saying, “The land  through which we have gone as spies is a land that devours its inhabitants, and all the people whom we saw in it are men of great stature.
33 There we saw the giants (the descendants of Anak came from the giants); and we were like grasshoppers in our own sight, and so we were in their sight.”
The wilderness may be a thick forest, full of danger, unseen creatures, diverse sounds and unknown paths but if God is with us nothing can be against us. That the Lord leads you into that marriage doesn’t mean it will be without ups and downs. That the work was ordained by God doesn’t mean everyone will favour you, it simply means, He will see you through all those difficulties so therefore, do not entertain Fear for any reason.
The children of Israel, ten out of twelve spies allowed fear to overcome their mind and thought, and poisoned the mind of the camp of Israel. Stop empowering and exaggerating that situation above proportionality because, that will lead to fear and Fear prolongs one stay in the wilderness. Fear extended forty days journey to forty years journey, Numb. 14:34.
This is the word of the lord to you today,
“9 Only do not rebel  against the LORD, nor fear the people of the land, for they are our bread; their protection has departed from them, and the LORD is with us. Do not fear them.” Num. 14:9.
Fight that fear today and cross over the wilderness faster.
Good Morning.

TOPIC: IN THE WILDERNESS 3: Beware Of Complain

Memory Verse: Is. 43:18
“19 … I will even make a road in the wilderness, And rivers in the desert.”

Bible Reading: Exo. 16:
“2 Then the whole congregation of the  children of Israel complained against Moses and Aaron in the wilderness.
3 And the children of Israel said to them, “Oh, that we had died by the hand of the LORD in the land of Egypt, when we sat by the pots of meat and when we ate bread to the full! For you have brought us out into this wilderness to kill this whole assembly with hunger.”
Things may look bad that doesn’t mean God is bad or wicked. There’s what God wants you to learn from every experience you go through. The wilderness might look worst than your comfort zone but remember, you are moving forward by leaving your comfort zone, so stop the complain.
Complain is one of the reasons why the children of Israel couldn’t experience the better side of God. The more you complain the more you make God looks foolish for leading you. Yes, it’s not looking good, we know, there’s what God want to bring out of it.
Complain can attract untimely death so stop the complain and move over the situations because there are many challenges ahead in that wildernesses.
I pray for you today, that spirit of complain will not get the better side of you in Jesus Mighty name, Amen. Stop complaining about everything, try to learn from it. Wilderness is full of distraction but God is with you.
Good Morning.
Happy Birthday to all the celebrants of the day and Happy Wedding Anniversary to those celebrating today, May you experience God’s fruitfulness in Jesus Mighty name, Amen.

TOPIC: IN THE WILDERNESS 2: You Will Be Tested.

Memory Verse: Is. 43:18
“19 … I will even make a road in the wilderness, And rivers in the desert.”

Bible Reading: Exo. 15:23-25
23 Now when they came to Marah, they could not drink the waters of Marah, for they were bitter. Therefore the name of it was called Marah.
24 And the people  complained against Moses, saying, “What shall we drink?”
25 So he cried out to the LORD, and the LORD showed him a tree. When he cast it into the waters, the waters were made sweet. There He made a statute and an ordinance for them, and there He tested them”
The wilderness of Life is filled with different test from the Lord. God need to know how determined we are to get to the destination He had shown us. He positioned different situation before us to see our attitude and reactions. Although the Israelite couldn’t past those test in their days, they failed almost all the test despite having a guide like Moses. What are your reactions to those test you are going through? How are you handling them? Do you see them as a stepping stones or an obstacle? How you attend to the test shows God how prepared you are. Every situation before you now just need you to focus on God. Moses, the man of God, always turn to God for every test and received the needed direction. God has the solution to that test, call out to Him. The wilderness has the answers to those test.
Good Morning.

I wish all the celebrates today, a Happy Birthday and Happy Wedding Anniversary to you.

TOPIC: IN THE WILDERNESS 1: God Is There

Memory Verse: Is. 43:18
“19 … I will even make a road in the wilderness, And rivers in the desert.”

Bible Reading: Exo. 13:17-18
“17 Then it came to pass, when Pharaoh had let  the people go, that God did not lead them by  way of the land of the Philistines, although that  was near; for God said, “Lest perhaps the  people change their minds when they see war,  and return to Egypt.”
18 So God led the people around by way of the wilderness of the Red Sea. And the children of Israel went up in orderly ranks out of the land of Egypt.”
Beloved of God, God is always with us in every situation we may be going through. This week we will be discussing about Wilderness. What is wilderness? It’s a stage between a Vision and the Fulfillment of Vision. The journey between the right Decision and right Destination. The children of Israel were been led from Egypt – comfort zone, and going to Canaan land -the promise land, but they needed to go through the wilderness. Wilderness are those challenges you face on your way as a result of change of location or present situation. No wilderness is easy or short but am here to let you know that, in that wilderness God is with you, He’s right beside you, He’s ready to give you strength and direction. Face the challenges with this mentality, that “God Is With Me” and you will go through in Jesus Mighty name, Amen. Wilderness is to prepare us and not to paralyse us, face it and don’t quit.
Good Morning.

TOPIC: SIGNS OF HIS COMING 13: What Will Be Your Reward?

Memory Verse: Rev. 22:12
“12 “And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work.”

Bible Reading: Rev. 22:12
“12 “And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work.”
Reward is the end result of one’s commitment. It is always in proportion of what has been done for a certain period. Everyone has a reward, either good or bad reward but one thing is sure, there is always a reward for every one because we have been employed one way or the other, directly or indirectly. God is the greatest rewarder of all. He rewards accordingly without partiality. Men can pervert reward or show favoritism but God won’t respect anyone because He is the judge of all.
When Christ will appear and the trumpet sounds, The Saint will leave with Him and reward will be given to individuals, what will be your reward then? Peradventure you are one of the Saint, what will your work weigh? We need to know that, being among the saint is also part of the reward and the best reward so far. Can your works now earn you a place among the saint? Will your service now to the Almighty speak for you when the trumpet sounds? Jesus is coming to reward us all for what we’ve done. What you are doing presently, is it according to His assignment or commandment for you? May our reward earn us a place among the saints of God in Jesus Mighty name, Amen.
Good Morning.

TOPIC: SIGNS OF HIS COMING 12: Delay Is Dangerous

Memory Verse: Rev. 22:12
“12 “And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work.”

Bible Reading: Mark 13:32-33
“32 “But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.
33 Take heed, watch and pray; for you do not know when the time is.”
I want us to know this morning that, not everyone will be alife to witness the coming of Jesus in the flesh. Not every believers will go through all these signs we’ve been studying since last week. Many will see some and died. Many will experience it and still wait till the coming of Jesus Christ. Death is a powerful weapon that can stops one from experiencing all these listed signs of His coming. Yes, He is coming back to take the saint with Him but not just those that are alive, the dead also will go with Him if they are ready. This is my question to you today, are you ready to be with Christ if death comes? Death has been raging of recent, claiming the young and the old, rich and poor, believers and unbelievers, hot and cold Christians, are you prepared if death should come suddenly?
Our Bible Reading says,
32 “But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.
No one knows the day of the Lord. Even the Son of God have no idea of the day. After death, no work in the grave, what we’ve done is what determine our placement with God when the trumpet sounds. The dead and the living will hear the sound but only the saint will reign with Him, how prepared are we all?
Father, Help me to prepare daily for your coming both in death and alive, In Jesus Mighty name we’ve prayed, Amen.
Good Morning.

TOPIC: SIGNS OF HIS COMING 11: We Shall All See Him Live

Memory Verse: Rev. 22:12
“12 “And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work.”

Bible Reading: Math. 24:27-28.
“27 For as the  lightning comes from the east and flashes to the west, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.
28 For wherever the carcass is, there the  eagles will be gathered together.”
The coming of the Son of God can’t be hidden from the world. He can’t returned to the world silently rather with clarity and vividly. Nothing can be hidden about His coming . The scriptures says,
“27 For as the  lightning comes from the east and flashes to the west, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.”
No matter how dark a place may be, when Light shows up, it is noticeable, darkness will succumb, that is how His coming will be. The whole world,  (universe) will work with His time and zone, no country will be lagging because He shall appear in the sky for all to see, no one will tell you to look at Him, we will be forced to see Him in the cloud.
“28 For wherever the carcass is, there the  eagles will be gathered together.”
Jesus being the Eagle and believers being the carcass to be carried by Jesus. Are you watching out for that day? His coming won’t be what other will call your attention to, everyone will see Him the way we see the sun and the moon, the way we see the day and the night, we will see Him coming in reality, my prayer is that, we will join the saint to see Him and be raptured with Him in Jesus Mighty name, Amen.
Good Morning.
THANKS FOR YOUR PRAYERS, CALLS AND GIFTS FOR MY BIRTHDAY, NOTHING WILL CUT YOUR DAYS SHORT IN JESUS MOST GRACIOUS NAME, AMEN.
