TOPIC: THE OUTPUT OF YOUR HEART 1: Negative Or Positive Thought.
MEMORY VERSE:
Proverbs 4:23.
“23. Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.”
BIBLE READING;
Matthew 15:18-19.
“18 But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man.
19. For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies:”
What we do and say is a product of what goes on in our heart. Every good and bad attitude you can mention is a produce of the heart. Before every action, there was a rehearse In the heart. We are the result of what goes on in our heart. For every success or failure in life, the heart is the starting point. What are the output of your heart?
The foundation of every output of the heart is either Evil or Good thought. This is where everything that happens in the heart start from.
Proverbs 23:7.
“For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee.”
How does these thought start? By believing someone is better than you or you are better than someone, this is the begining of a thought. Now, for you to deny the fact that you are created differently from that person, and see the better side of you is the beginning of Negative thoughts. If you accept that the person is doing well but in his own field and not yours, that’s beginning of positive thought. Where are your thoughts leading you? What kind of thought is running through your heart? Good or Evil? Peaceful or troublesome thought? What you dwell on determines the output you have. So, the need to guide our heart diligently arises here, because the product is what determines who we become in life. What are you thinking on continuously?
God Bless you and Good Morning.
Happy Birthday to all celebrants and Happy Wedding Anniversary to those celebrating today. May you experience God’s fruitfulness in Jesus Mighty name, Amen.
