Week 18, Day 3:
Tuesday, 2nd May, 2023.

Topic: HANDLING DEPRESSION 3: Don’t Be Alone.

MEMORY VERSE:
Proverbs 24:10.
“10. If thou faint in the day of adversity, thy strength is small.

BIBLE READING:
Ecclesiastes 4:9-12.
“9. Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour.
10. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up.
11. Again, if two lie together, then they have heat: but how can one be warm alone?
12. And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken.”
Depression will always suppress a loner. When you feel depress it’s very bad to be alone. No matter what the situation may be, don’t stay alone, be with someone who can stand by you. Even, a man of vision don’t function alone, how much more a depressed person?
King Solomon made it clear, “Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour.” When you’re around someone who you can open up to, they will be a strength to suppress your depression.
“For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up.” When you walk with the right person, your depression will keep reducing because, they will be a shoulder to lean on. When the negative thought flows through your mind, they know what’s going on within you, and can quickly lift your spirit out of depression. Locate who can lift your spirit not who can suppress your spirit. Search for those who have a listening hear not people who doesn’t care about what’s happening around you. Try not to be alone, find a companion that can keep your spirit alive. Two are better than one.
Good Day And God Bless you.
Happy Birthday to all celebrants and Happy Wedding Anniversary to those celebrating today. May you experience God’s fruitfulness in Jesus Mighty name, Amen.
