Topic: OPPORTUNITY IN PREDICAMENT 4: Seasons To Save Lives

MEMORY VERSE:
Ephesians 5:16
“16. Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.”

BIBLE READING:
Acts 16:27-28.
“27. And the keeper of the prison awaking out of his sleep, and seeing the prison doors open, he drew out his sword, and would have killed himself, supposing that the prisoners had been fled.
28. But Paul cried with a loud voice, saying, Do thyself no harm: for we are all here.”
Things are bad and rough are not enough reason to avenge yourself. Challenging time is not a time to seek for revenge or cause the death of others around you, No. Permit me to say, it’s not a time to pray for the death of your enemy but a time to rescue their lives from destruction and death. You don’t make yourself happy through other’s calamity.
Miracle happen and the prison warder thought of taking his own life but Apostle Paul stopped him, and shouted,
“Do thyself no harm: for we are all here.”
His death wouldn’t have profited Him but will rather put more issues on them. With this act, the live of the prison warder was saved. You’re not down to bring others down. You’re not facing oppositions to oppose others, all you need to do is to save as many lives you can save from that challenging time of yours. I remember few years ago, a man of God was sent to prison for a fraud there about. While in the prison, he helped over fifty awaiting trial prisoners out with his lawyer. Either he was set up or he committed the crime, he was able to help the forgotten out of the prison. Don’t be selfish and self centered. Use your time and save lives as many as we can. Look around you, which lives can you save despite your present challenges? You are not just there by coincidence, you have a purpose to fulfill.
Good day and God Bless you.
Happy Birthday to all celebrants and Happy Wedding Anniversary to those celebrating today. May you experience God’s fruitfulness in Jesus Mighty name, Amen.
