Mobile Daily Devotional with Pst. Oluboye  Emmanuel
Week 35, Day 5:
Thursday, 31st August 2023.

TOPIC: GOD, OUR GREATEST REWARD. Rewards For Righteousness (6)

MEMORY VERSE:
Genesis 15:1.
“1. After these things the word of the LORD came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward.”

BIBLE READING:
Isaiah 52:11-12.
“11. Depart ye, depart ye, go ye out from thence, touch no unclean thing; go ye out of the midst of her; be ye clean, that bear the vessels of the LORD.
12. For ye shall not go out with haste, nor go by flight: for the LORD will go before you; and the God of Israel will be your rereward.”
Our rewarder rewards in every areas of Life. He not only rewards us for serving Him or helping others, He also reward our righteousness and purity. He rewards those who walk righteously in their daily activities. There’s reward for everyone who separate their selves from those who do evil, suppress others and deprive others their entitlement and right. Our God rewards faithfulness in every spheres of life.
Psalms 1 says,
“1. Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
2. But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
3. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.”
Our God declares that He is the Reward of those who separate from the evil doers. We may be mocked, ridiculed and reproached but God said He is our rewarder. No matter what you are going through for doing right, God sees and He will reward you. Even when you are being denied your right for righteousness’ sake  God can’t deny you your reward. Keep maintaining your righteousness, for God will surely reward you in due time.

TOPIC: GOD, OUR GREATEST REWARD. We Shall Be Rewarded. (4)

MEMORY VERSE:
Genesis 15:1.
“1. After these things the word of the LORD came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward.”

BIBLE READING:
2 Chronicles 15:7.
“7. Be ye strong therefore, and let not your hands be weak: for your work shall be rewarded.
Beloved, when we look up to men for what they will give, we will be disappointed because men can’t be pleased and reward us for our commitment accordingly. Depending on the praise of men or gift won’t encourage us to keep doing what is right. While doing the Will of God, many will take advantage of us, despitefully use us and feel they are smarter, pay us little or nothing at all for our contribution to their lives so our focus should be on God our rewarder.
When God send His Prophet Oded, to King Asa with this word, the scripture said, He gathered Himself together, He cleared away from the city of Judah and the surroundings every distracting images taking their attention from God. It’s time to put our focus on God and let go off every reasons to look up to men for any reward. The more we depend on what men will offer the more we loose our reward from God. We need to be strong and let not our hands be weak, for our work shall be rewarded by God and not men. God the rewarder sees our commitment even when men pretend not to. We need to do what we are called to do diligently without looking at what men will say. God is our Exceedingly great Reward, He will reward us accordingly if we will continue in what He has called us to do. Let’s be strong in doing what is right.
Good Day and God bless you.

MEMORY VERSE:
Genesis 15:1.
“1. After these things the word of the LORD came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward.”

BIBLE READING:
Hebrews 11:6.
“6. … for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and That He Is A Rewarder Of Them That Diligently Seek Him.
We serve a God who never owes anyone their rewards. When we talk about reward, it’s not specifically reward for good deeds alone, He also rewards for bad deeds. He gives rewards accordingly without mixing it up. The reward of God usually comes at the right time (unexpectedly). Most times we look confuse if God ever saw what we are going through, how men treats us in the time of needs compare to how we had attended to people when they are in need. This is the reason why He is the great rewarder who diligently rewards those who seek Him at the appointed time.
What you do to everyone around has a reward in due time. How you relate, help, pray and contributed to other’s life all have a reward system waiting for you. When we diligently obey God’s instructions according to Matthew 25 about giving, He will release the appropriate reward for it. Mistakes we make is to expect the same people to reward us, only God can reward us not those we helped or bless. Let me say it this way, God only used you as a helper (or rewarder) to those people so, He will use someone else’s as a reward to you too. When we diligently do the will of God, our reward is from Him but when we do it for men to see and commend us we only receive the gift and praise of men without God’s reward. Your commitment to the things of God is not a waste but an investment, keep investing, the reward is on the way.
Good Day and God bless you.

Week 35, Day 2:
Monday, 28th August 2023.

TOPIC: GOD, OUR GREATEST REWARD. Reward not Salary (2)
MEMORY VERSE:
Genesis 15:1.
“1. After these things the word of the LORD came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward.”

BIBLE READING:
Colossians 3:23-24.
“23. And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;
24. Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.
God, being our Exceeding Great reward, is not Restricted nor limited to our place of worship. It goes beyond meeting in the church to every areas of our lives. We are being paid wages or salary for our service everywhere we worked, either low or high, it’s an agreement which we both signed. But how we handle our responsibility matters alot and this determines our reward. Yesterday, we said anything received for our duty are gifts, yes you received salary, wages, but God also have His own reward for us all. That’s why you see some people who are diligent and hardworking leaving a place of work and get established while the feeble kept changing jobs looking for a better place,(with exceptions) because their reward from God doesn’t worth being established. You keep getting offers upon offers but many kept applying for jobs but are turned down, it’s as a result of reward from God. If you are Faithful and committed in little much will be committed to you.
Apostle Paul said, whatever you do, do it with all your heart not because of salary but rewards from above. It’s God that rewards, men can only pay you wages, salary but God rewards your input into that work. He said, it’s the Lord you serve not that man, so that Boss may pay you but your reward lies with God. You need to serve God not just working for that Boss. Change your mentality from wages and salary to reward from God, He is the Greatest rewarder.
Good Day and God bless you.

Genesis 15:1.
“1. After these things the word of the LORD came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward.”

BIBLE READING:
Genesis 14:22-23.
“22. And Abram said to the king of Sodom, I have lift up mine hand unto the LORD, the most high God, the possessor of heaven and earth,
23. That I will not take from a thread even to a shoe latchet, and that I will not take any thing that is thine, lest thou shouldest say, I have made Abram rich:
Welcome to the last week of August. We will be considering the Topic, “God Our Greatest Reward”. It’s a wonder many of us are fervent in the service of God but have our gaze fixed wrongly for our reward. Yes, a labourer is worthy of his wages but can’t determine where His wages is coming from. Most times God do send us on an errand to whom we are to serve but He never lead us to expect reward from such persons.
Abraham, God’s Servant, was privileged to save a whole nation from the hands of it’s capture while on the rescue of His nephew. He recovers all the spoils back from the enemy without taken any of them. Why? Because he believe he’s reward is not from man but from God the Almighty. He had his focus placed rightly. He told the King I won’t take anything from what belongs to you so you won’t make a claim, you made me rich. The next Chapter, God was so pleased to declare to Abraham, I am you Exceeding Great Reward.
Beloved, man can only give you gifts and not reward. Yes, so recognize what God has Blessed you with from their lives and show gratitude, but God still have a better reward for you. It’s time to put your trust in the God that rewards and not men that give gifts. When you focus on men too much you loose God. God is our Exceeding Great reward not man. Make God the focus.
Good Day and God bless you.

TOPIC: WHEN GOD VISIT. He Fulfil Promises (7).

MEMORY VERSE:
Revelation 3:20.
“20. Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.”

BIBLE READING:
Genesis 21:1
“1. And the LORD visited Sarah as he had said, and the LORD did unto Sarah as he had spoken.”
Welcome to the last day of “When God Visits”. There’s always a major reason why God visits a man or a woman. When God visits you, alot of benefits follows but He has a major testimony He will wants to establish. Sarah was an old woman who Faithfully followed his elder brother turned husband but she was without a child. But God visited the family and gave a promise to revisit them. Then, the day came when God visited and brought His promise to fulfilment in Sarah’s life.
When God visited Mary, He came to fulfil a long time promise about Jesus Christ, Luke 1:30-31.
When God visited Moses, it was to fulfil the promise He made to Abraham about the enslavement of the children of Israel in Egypt, Genesis 15:13-14.
God will visit you to bring those promises to pass in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen. Many situation won’t change until God visits them.
I pray, God will visit that situation soonest in Jesus name.
I will like us to turn this to prayer, Father I need your visitation around my life. Visit me and fulfil the long time promises in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen.
Good Day and God bless you.

TOPIC: WHEN GOD VISIT. Valuable Tool (6).

MEMORY VERSE:
Revelation 3:20.
“20. Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.”

BIBLE READING:
Exodus 7:1
“1. And the LORD said unto Moses, See, I have made thee a god to Pharaoh: and Aaron thy brother shall be thy prophet.
Beloved, it’s a wonderful experience when we welcome God’s presence. God’s visitation is one of the valuable experience to crave for. Another benefit to enjoy from God’s visitation is becoming a “Valuable Tool in God’s hand”, being a tool that can’t be tolled with by men. We become a god to God’s enemy. We become the battle axe In His hand as He promised Jacob in Jeremiah 51:20.
When Moses responded to God’s visitation and Given purpose, He became a Valuable Tool in God’s hands against the Egyptians and all nations which rose against them. King Solomon become Valuable tool with the embodiment of wisdom that all kings adore.
Gideon went ahead to bring a great destruction against the Midianites. In a nutshell, God’s visitation transform us from a non-entity to Known Entity. He transform salves to kings and make us an object to be reckon with. What should be our earnest desire is God’s visitation, God’s encounters from “who I am” to “who am meant to be”. Let’s make this our request, God I need your visitation in my Life. May we experience this encounter in Jesus wonderful name, Amen.
Good Day and God bless you.

TOPIC: WHEN GOD VISIT. Open Cheque Visitation (5)

MEMORY VERSE:
Revelation 3:20.
“20. Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.”

BIBLE READING:
1 Kings 3:5.
“In Gibeon the LORD appeared to Solomon in a dream by night: and God said, Ask what I shall give thee.”
Yesterday we said when God visit, PURPOSE IS GIVEN. Today we are focusing on “OPEN CHEQUE VISITATION” when God visits. I want us to know, it’s always a rear privilege to experience God’s visitation. What comes with God during Visitation are enormous. He gives us an Open Cheque. Most of the benefits we’ve studied earlier has been God visiting not people inviting him. Here, Solomon invited God not knowing the consequences. When God came, He woke Him, What Do You Want? What an open Cheque? Solomon requested for Wisdom. When God visits, He closes His eye to your needs, and ask, What Do You Want From Me?
When Jesus visited Blind Bartimaeus in Mark 10: 46 – 51, the scripture says,
“… And Jesus answered and said unto him, WHAT WILT THOU THAT I SHOULD DO UNTO THEE? The blind man said unto him, Lord, that I might receive my sight. Mark 10:51.
Be prepare for Open Cheque when God visit because He has more than your needs. I pray for someone today, when the open cheque is presented, you will not miss it in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen. We shall experience God’s visit this season in Jesus name, Amen.
Good Day and God bless you.

Mobile Daily Devotional with Pst. Oluboye  Emmanuel
Week 34, Day 4:

TOPIC: WHEN GOD VISIT. Purpose Is Given (4)

MEMORY VERSE:
Revelation 3:20.
“20. Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.”

BIBLE READING:
Exodus 3:10.
“Come now therefore, and I will send thee unto Pharaoh, that thou mayest bring forth my people the children of Israel out of Egypt.”
Welcome to Today’s devotional, as we proceed on our topic, “When God Visit”. We started with the benefit of God’s Visit which are, “Peace of Mind,” “Revelation of Who God is”, and “Revelation of who we are to God”.
Another reasons for God’s visitation is to make “Our Purpose Known”. Our assigned assignment before creation of the world. God visit to make this known to us so we won’t be jumping around. Most times we have an idea but not complete idea of what God created us for.
Moses know he will be a deliverer but didn’t know how to go about it which led to the killing of an Egyptians and he later ran for his life. Forty years later, God came visiting and gave him the full detail of his assignment. When God visits, He is there to reveal our assignment, to give us the reason why we live. He told Gideon in,
Judges 6:14.
“14. And the LORD looked upon him, and said, Go In This Thy Might, And Thou Shalt Save Israel From The Hand Of The Midianites: Have Not I Sent Thee?
God came to reveal His life purpose to him. I don’t know who owns this message today, I pray God will visit you and reveal to you your life purpose in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen. Seek for God’s visitation because when He visits, your life can never be the same. We all need God’s visitation, pray for it to know where you fit in into His plans.
Good Day and God bless you.
Happy Birthday to all celebrants and Happy Wedding Anniversary to  those celebrating today. May you experience God’s fruitfulness in Jesus Mighty name, Amen.

Mobile Daily Devotional with Pst. Oluboye Emmanuel Week 34, Day 3: Tuesday, 22nd August 2023. TOPIC: WHEN GOD VISIT. Revelation – Part 2 (3)

Mobile Daily Devotional with Pst. Oluboye Emmanuel
Week 34, Day 3:
Tuesday, 22nd August 2023.
TOPIC: WHEN GOD VISIT. Revelation – Part 2 (3)

MEMORY VERSE:
Revelation 3:20.
“20. Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.”

BIBLE READING:
Exodus 3:14.
“14. And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you.”
The third benefit of God’s visitation is Knowing God the more, Revelation of who God is. Whenever God visits He gives a definition of who He is that we never knew him to be before. He reveal that which we never knew about His person. Moses ask God who He was and God reintroduced Himself in a way Moses never heard.
When He visited Paul on his way to carry out his threat against Christians in Acts 9:5, the scripture said,
“5. And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I AM JESUS WHOM THOU PERSECUTEST: IT IS HARD FOR THEE TO KICK AGAINST THE PRICKS.
Just like Jesus telling him, am the one none can oppose. New Revelation of who God is was made manifest. The more you know Him the more you abide by His instructions.
To Jeremiah, He revealed Himself as the God of all Flesh who can do all things. The revelation of who God is, increases our reverence for Him. Is there anything you will desire from God? Let it be His Visitation which encapsulate His mightiness.
Good Day and God bless you.
Happy Birthday to all celebrants and Happy Wedding Anniversary to those celebrating today. May you experience God’s fruitfulness in Jesus Mighty name, Amen.
