TOPIC: TRY AGAIN 4: Stay And Keep Digging.
MEMORY VERSE:
Matthew 7:7
“7. Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:”
BIBLE READING:
Genesis 26:22.
“And he removed from thence, and digged another well; and for that they strove not: and he called the name of it Rehoboth; and he said, For now the LORD hath made room for us, and we shall be fruitful in the land.”
Isaac, the promised child of Abraham, was trapped in the land of Gerar by God who commanded him not to leave for Egypt. We could see how great he became while staying in the same land where there was famine. The scripture said, in Genesis 26:13
“And the man waxed great, and went forward, and grew until he became very great:”
Despite all this greatness, he was opposed by Abimelech, King of Gerar, who sent him packing to the valley. While in the valley, he was left alone. The herdmens of Gerar still made sure he has no access to drinking water. Every well dug by His father’s servant, they filled up with earth but Isaac kept digging more well. He stick to what God told Him, “Dwell in this land… Genesis 26:2”, and he kept digging more wells until there wasn’t strive over a new well dug and which was filled with water. Don’t change location if you are under God’s instructions and leading, keep digging, no matter the oppositions. Stay tuned and keep trying in that field, don’t quit. In that carrier, don’t run. Keep improving on yourself. Dig down the more until your enemies come bowing before you. Stay within God’s instructions and keep digging deep, and those promises will be fulfilled this year in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen.
Good Morning and God Bless you.
Happy Birthday to all celebrants and Happy Wedding Anniversary to those celebrating today. May you experience God’s fruitfulness in Jesus Mighty name, Amen.
