Mobile Daily Devotional with Pst. Fakunle Emmanuel Week 49, Day 7, Saturday, 11th December 2021.

TOPIC: WHO TOLD YOU: God Won’t Do What He Says?

Memory Verse: Jere. 29:11
“11 For I know the thoughts that I think  toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.”

Bible Reading: Numbers. 23:19
“19 “God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?”
Jehovah God is the Omnisay and Omnido. He do what He promises to do. He will never say what He will not do. He has the ability to say and the ability to do what He says. He is the Omni-Say -All saying, and Omni-Do -All doing God. When He said to Abraham, I will make you great and I will give you a Son, He did made Him great and gave him a son, a promised Child indeed. When He says “I will be with you, He meant it and He will achieve it. Time doesn’t change His promises, resources doesn’t change what He says. He decreed and declared and it came to pass. It’s men that can say and not do it,
Lamentation 3:37-38 says,
“37 Who is he who speaks and it comes to pass, When the Lord has not commanded it?
38 Is it not from the mouth of the Most High That woe and well-being proceed?”
Whatever a man says God is the doer of it but when God speaks, He does what He says. He is not a man That He should lie to you and me. What He says in the day time never changes in the night time. He owns the ability to say it, re-say it and do it for you. Hold unto Him. Remember, He never gave you a date of accomplishment neither did He give you the appointed time, but one thing is sure, hold unto what He says, He will not lie or change His mind, He is God, the Omnisay and Omnido. Don’t give up on Him. He will do what He says He will Do.
Good morning.

TOPIC: WHO TOLD YOU: God Can’t Go Extra Mile For You?

Memory Verse: Jere. 29:11
“11 For I know the thoughts that I think  toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.”

Bible Reading: Is. 43:4
“4 Since you were precious in My sight,  You have been honored, And I have loved you; Therefore I will give men for you,  And people for your life.”
Nothing can break us away from the precious love of God than sin. Still, in our sins, God still love us because, He always remember the sacrifice His Son, Jesus, made on our behalf years ago which is like yesterday in His sight.
Zechariah 2:8-9, says,
“8 For thus says the LORD of hosts: “He sent Me after glory, to the nations which plunder you; for he who touches you touches the apple of His eye.
9 For surely I will shake My hand against them, and they shall become spoil for their servants. Then you will know that  the LORD of hosts has sent Me.
God sees every believers as the apple of His eyes and He is ready to go the extra mile to protect those apples. No child of God wasn’t a sinner, Rom. 3:23, but we have been redeemed by the Blood of Jesus Christ on the cross of Calvary, so therefore, God sees us as righteous and as a lovely child. As long as you have been separated from sin, God will always go the extra mile on your behalf. He will never think of your past, since He focuses on the present, so it’s your present life that determines if God will go the extra mile for you. He said, “Therefore I will give men for you, And people for your life.”
That is when you have overcome sin, because it is sin that can only be the reason why God will not destroy on your behalf. I beseech you today, run from sin and God will sacrifice others on your behalf because you are the apple of His eyes.
Good Morning.

TOPIC: WHO TOLD YOU: You Can’t Be Delivered?

Memory Verse: Jere. 29:11
“11 For I know the thoughts that I think  toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.”

Bible Reading: Is. 49:24-25
24 Shall the prey be taken from the mighty,  Or the captives of the righteous be delivered?
25 But thus says the LORD: “Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, And the prey of the terrible be delivered; For I will contend with him who contends with you, And I will save your children.”
The Lord our God is Mighty in Battle. He is in charge of every situation that He’s invited into. He is the Man of war that has never and will never loose any battle. He is the invisible Fighter, the Defender and the Attacker of our enemies. When we call Him into our battle, He picks it up. I see Him fighting all your battles in Jesus Mighty name, Amen.
He told the children of Israel, (which we are connected to spiritually), That He will save the prey of the terrible and the lawful captive of the Mighty will be delivered, because He will be the warrior leading the war. This promise is for every child of God. As long as you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and saviour, He becomes your Defender, your Warrior and your Leader. So, no matter the power holding you, God will fight your battle. He will fight for you and you shall hold your peace. Since you’ve known Him, all you need do is to handover your battles to Him. Call Him to be your Warrior, your Defender and He will. It doesn’t matter how strong the battle may be, He will deliver you from them all. He will deliver you from those oppression in Jesus Precious Name, Amen.

Mobile Daily Devotional with Pst. Fakunle Emmanuel Week 49, Day 4, Wednesday, 8th December 2021.

TOPIC: WHO TOLD YOU: You Can’t Be Great?

Memory Verse: Jere. 29:11
“11 For I know the thoughts that I think  toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.”

Bible Reading: Job 8:7
“7 Though your beginning was small,  Yet your latter end would increase abundantly.”
God never created anyone or any thing to be belittle and useless, even the ant have their usefulness. No one is expected to die as a nonentity, we are created to manifest the Glory of God in full. That you are a nobody today doesn’t mean you would be forever, No, you are created a great creature, in the image of God Himself. That men has written you off doesn’t implies God has written you off. Everyone is created to solve a problem in the world.
I’ll like you to know that, everything starts small and nothing starts big. Smallness is not a crime, reproach or ridicule, smallness is just a starting point. It shouldn’t also be the end of a man. When your smallness is continuous that is when there is a problem. But without smallness there can’t be bigness. The bigness is in the smallness being utilized perfectly. When you don’t appreciate and utilize your smallness you remain small. The problem is how to utilize your smallness to become bigness.
1. By hard work and smartness.
2. Discovering your real purpose and fulfilling it.
3. Consistence in what you do.
4. Walking with God all along.
Smallness is a place of lesson while bigness is a place of manifestation. That you are little today is not a sickness, stop accepting it that you can’t be great in life.

TOPIC: WHO TOLD YOU: It’s Too Late For God’s Help?

Memory Verse: Jere. 29:11
“11 For I know the thoughts that I think  toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.”

Bible Reading: Luke 1:13-14.
13 But the angel said to him, “Do not be afraid, Zacharias, for your prayer is heard; and your wife  Elizabeth will bear you a son, and you shall call his name John.
14 And you will have joy and  gladness, and many will rejoice at his birth.
Anything that involves God can never be late. Your case can’t be late for God to intervene. He is the God of times and chances. He knows all things. He is not controlled by twenty – four (24) hours neither is He controlled by seven (7) days of the week, He controls the time Himself. So, He can never be late concerning your case.
Abraham was hundred (100) years old before He had the promise child, Isaac. Twenty- Five (25) years after the promise.
Daniel got in the lion’s Den before He was rescued by God.
Zachariah and His wife were very old before the Lord gave them John the Baptist as a first child. Your case can’t be different or late for God to attend to it.
Many may say, “A fool at forty is a fool for ever”, that is not God. Your hope might have gone and look dried but don’t let it die because, God can’t be late to attend to you. Keep hope alive, God is coming at the right time not according to our time but His own timing. Your case is not late for God to handle.
Good morning.

TOPIC: WHO TOLD YOU: God Can’t Change His Word Concerning You?

Memory Verse: Jere. 29:11
“11 For I know the thoughts that I think  toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.”

Bible Reading: Is. 38:1-5
“1 In those days Hezekiah was sick and near death. And Isaiah the prophet, the son of Amoz, went to him and said to him, “Thus says the LORD: ‘Set your house in order, for you shall die  and not live.’ ”
2 Then Hezekiah turned his face toward the wall, and prayed to the LORD,
3 and said, “Remember now, O LORD, I pray, how I have walked before  You in truth and with a loyal heart, and have  done what is good in Your sight.” And Hezekiah wept bitterly.
4 And the word of the LORD came to Isaiah, saying,
5 “Go and tell Hezekiah, ‘Thus says the LORD, the God of David your father: “I have heard your prayer, I have seen your tears; surely I will  add to your days fifteen years.”
Has anyone pronounced negative words against you in the name of the Lord? May be Men of God has laid curse on you despite your faithfulness to God. Even if God has pronounced any form of curses on you, It can still be changed by the same Merciful God. He is a compassionate God, slow to anger and plenteous in love. He does not reject permanently, He is God that can give second chance. No matter the pronouncement against you, He can still change it when you go back to Him.
Hezekiah date of death has been declared by God through Prophet Isaiah. But the king went to God directly and tendered His CV. He made known His services to God which are reasons for God to change His mind and gave a second thought about him. With your credentials, your life style, services and faithfulness to God, you can change His mind concerning the negative declaration.
Secondly, you can also change the mind of God through genuine repentance. When you’ve be living a life of sin and God made a  decree against you, if you will turn from your wicked ways, you can change the Mind of God towards you.
What is it that has been said concerning you? You can speak to God through your service or repentant from your evil ways to change the negative to positive. Present your CV to Him and let him turn things around for you.
Good morning.

Mobile Devotional with Pst. Fakunle Emmanuel Week 49, Day 1, Sunday, 5th December 2021.

TOPIC: WHO TOLD YOU: God Has Forgotten You?

Memory Verse: Jere. 29:11
“11 For I know the thoughts that I think  toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.”

Bible Reading: Is. 49:14-16
“14 But Zion said, “The LORD has forsaken me, And my Lord has forgotten me.”
15 “Can a woman forget her nursing child, And not have compassion on the son of her womb?  Surely they may forget, Yet I will not forget you.
16 See, I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands; Your walls are continually before Me.”
God is not a man who keeps in mind our wrongs. He is not human who lacks forgiveness and never shows mercy. God isn’t an instant destructive God, He is full of mercy and compassion always. He doesn’t let go easily as men will do. Many situation that makes men think they are forsaken are mostly training period and a season of discovery which are not from God 100%. That things are not working doesn’t mean God has forsaken you or me, He is still on our side. Most often, we focus on wrong situations without seeing the positive side of things. No one has it all, I say it again, No one has it all, so therefore, God has not forsaken you.
He was speaking to the Israelite through Prophet Isaiah, saying, no matter your wrongs attitude, iniquities and unremorseful ways, I can’t forsake you. God said, we have been inscribed in the palms of His Hand, meaning, nothing can erase us from His sight. You are not forsaken neither are you rejected or forgotten, it’s just for a while and things will fall in place. God doesn’t abandoned the works of His Hand. He knows what you are going through, what you are faced with  and He is ready to save you, you just have to give Him the chance to work through you. Allow Him into your life. Surrender to Him in total and He will lead you out of those challenging period. God has not forsaken you. He still care so much about you and I.
Good morning.

Mobile Devotional with Pst. Fakunle Emmanuel Week 48, Day 7, Saturday, 4th December 2021.

Topic: TRANSFORMATION: Let’s Pray.

Memory Verse: Romans 12:2
“2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.”

Bible Reading: 1 John 5:14-15.
“14 Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.
15 And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him.”
We all need transformation in one area or the other, and we’ve been made to know how we can attract transformation. No matter how bad a situation may be, it can be transformed. God has not created anyone to be useless, worthless or miserable, it’s the works of the devil and his agent, but God has the power to transform any situation, come what may. I don’t know that area of your life which you need transformation, but as we pray together, God will visit you with the needed transformation.
Father, In the name of Jesus, we, your sons and daughters, thank you for being the only solution we will ever need. We bless you for the entrance of your word that gives light and understanding. Thank you for opening our eyes to see that, we need transformation and only you can transform us. We ask according to your word which says,
“14 Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.
Father, we ask for the needed transformation for each and everyone of us. Lord transform our lives in Jesus Mighty name. Where revelation, insight, instruction, direction and leading is needed for our transformation, Father give unto us in Jesus Mighty name. The Grace to recognize and accept our transformation let it rest on us. Where our thought need to be changed, our mind set, behaviour, attitude and believes need to be touched, Lord reach out to us in Jesus Mighty name.
Thank you for hearing us Oh Lord our God. Let testimony follows after this teaching, in Jesus Mighty Name we have prayed, Amen.
Be sensitive to God’s leading and your transformation will be establish in Jesus precious name, Amen.

Mobile Devotional with Pst. Fakunle Emmanuel Week 48, Day 6, Friday, 3rd December 2021.

Topic: TRANSFORMATION: Reason Well And Take The Step.

Memory Verse: Romans 12:2
“2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.”

Bible Reading: Luke 15:17-19
“17 “But when he came to himself, he said, ‘How many of my father’s hired servants have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger!
18 I will arise and go to my father, and will say to him, “Father, I have sinned against heaven and before you,
19 and I am no longer worthy to be called your son. Make me like one of your hired servants.”
Knowing what to do and taking the step is the beginning of transformation. Transformation doesn’t just come, we crave for it, we seek for it and we work it out. Until you face it and take the step you will remain untransformed. Transformation from bad habit, bad ways, bad attitude, in your home, to your family, your spouse even to yourself, you need to checkout what is it that makes you live below your peers. Why are you where you are and not moving forward? Until you reason like the prodigal son transformation will always be a mirage to you.
The prodigal son came to his senses and reasoned well, “My father can’t kill me, the worst is to be a slave but I will still enjoy far better than this” (Personal paraphrase). You know where your situation can be better but your ego won’t let you take the step. You need to think twice, either you die blaming yourself or you take the step. He took the step and his life was transformed forever. Stop procrastinating, take the step today. Meet those godly transforming agents meant for your transformation and forget your pride. Singles, stop building blocks on your way with criteria you don’t have and expect to see in the right partner of yours. Take the bold step and return to the right place where your transformation is waiting for you. I pray with you today, the boldness to reason right and take the right steps towards your transformation rest upon your in Jesus Mighty name, Amen.
Good Morning.

Mobile Devotional with Pst. Fakunle Emmanuel Week 48, Day 5, Thursday, 2nd December 2021.

Topic: TRANSFORMATION: By Doing What You Know Best

Memory Verse: Romans 12:2
“2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.”

Bible Reading: Colo. 3:23-24
23 And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to  the Lord and not to men, 24 knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ.”
We all have one speciality that the Lord has predestined us for. Nobody is empty except those who reject their specialty or doesn’t recognise it, we are all endowed by God. What God has deposited in us is what will make us in life. His deposits in us is for His Glory and a profit for us. Everything we have, should give Glory to God, while we own the wages, profit and reward of how we use them. Every tool for transformation is embedded in us we just need to recognise and utilize it, I pray that we will all identify ours and make use of them in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen.
That area you are good at, make use of it diligently, heartily and faithfully. Be committed to that which you know how to do. Focus on that talent of yours, that gift, that uniqueness of yours, develop yourself on it and you will make profit there about. Stop looking down on your God’s given speciality. David was in the bush doing what he knows best, and Samuel sent for him to be anointed. Still, he remained in the bush till the king sent for him. Hold on on that uniqueness, be determine to work with it with all your heart and transformation will locate you very soon. Be good in what you know how to do.
