Topic: Be diligent

Memory verse: 2 Tim. 2:6
“The hardworking farmer must be first to partake of the crops.”

Bible Reading: Prov. 22:29
29 Do you see a man who excels in his work? He will stand before kings; He will not stand before unknown men.

Diligence Single’s One Out
We thank God for His deep revelation this week concerning being diligent in life generally. To be diligent is not just to make money, it goes a long way to affect every facet of one’s life.
To be diligent also involve being diligent in our spiritual life. Remember, the spirituality is the foundation of every physical achievement. All we’ve discussed this week can only work when you are also diligent in the spiritual: Serving God in and out of the church. Honouring God with your time and resources. Praying continuously.
It makes you a man of confidence in the presence of the powerful, wealthy, the great ones, your enemies and above all, in The presence of God. Hezekiah was confident to list his achievements before God. The three Hebrews were able to stand before the king. Daniel was able to win the heart of kings. Nehemiah was able to start and complete the building.of the wall. All of these people and more did these through diligence in their callings.
The physical will achieve little without diligence in the Spirit. Reading this daily devotional and walking therein is part of diligence in the spirit.
Do you want to stand before Kings? Be diligent in all you do both Spiritual and Physical. As a father, mother or children, diligence is vital in the walk with God. God bless you all.
Have a fruitful weekend ahead.

Topic: Be Diligent

Memory verse: 2 Tim. 2:6
“The hardworking farmer must be first to partake of the crops.”

Bible Reading: Acts 20:34-35
34 Yes, you yourselves know that these hands have provided for my necessities, and for those who were with me. 35 I have shown you in every way, by laboring like this, that you must support the weak. And remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that He said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’ ”
BE DILIGENT TO HELP OTHERS
One of the reasons to be diligent is to help one another. To be a blessing to people around us. Apostle Paul made it known to us, how He worked with his hand for he’s necessity and for those around him. Many will not make it in life until you made it. People’s destiny depends on you my beloved as someone’s lifting has been a blessing to you.
Apostle Paul called them “the weak”, those around you who are less privileged, who needs your assistance, whom you know can’t live without your help, be diligent to be of help.
Apostle Paul said, it is more blessed to give than to receive. Come to think of it, if not for the help of someone you won’t be where you are right now, so why can’t you be of help to others who also need your help? It’s even more blessed to be a blessing, so, be diligent to help someone.
Be diligent to help others who need help around you because it’s more blessed to give than to receive.
Have A Great Day Ahead.

TOPIC: BE DILIGENT

Memory verse: 2 Tim. 2:6
“The hardworking farmer must be first to partake of the crops.”

Bible Reading: Matthew 7:12
“12 Therefore, whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets.”
Be Diligent In Your Attitude
Everything; attitude, action, imagination and word are seeds. Everything you are involved in, each day is a seed. The word of our month is more powerful than our actions because, people judge you more with your words than your actions.
Many are going through tough time in life as a result of the seeds they’ve sown with their mouth. Wrong actions has led many to their early grave, what are you sowing? Many have laboured for many years but their attitude towards their fellow colleagues in the past is the reason for no proof of work.
Be diligent in your attitude. I always say this, “Your credentials can get you a job but your attitude will always determine how long you stay in the job”.
When your prayer points differs from your actions which of them will God answer to? God doesn’t  answer prayers anyhow, He gives us what we deserve; what we have sown. What are you sowing?
If God should reward you in hundred folds what you’ve done to others what will be your harvest?
Diligently sow what you desire.
Have A Great Day Ahead.

TOPIC: BE DILIGENT

Memory verse: 2 Tim. 2:6
“The hardworking farmer must be first to partake of the crops.”
Bible Reading: Prov. 12:11
KJV:He that tilleth his land shall be satisfied with bread: but he that followeth vain persons is void of understanding.
NIV:Those who work their land will have abundant food, but those who chase fantasies have no sense.
AMP:He who tills his land shall be satisfied with bread, but he who follows worthless pursuits is lacking in sense and is without understanding.
DILIGENCE AND WISDOM
(a) Be Wise In Your Diligence
The wisest man on Earth that ever lived, King Solomon Jesse, said something important to in today’s Bible reading and that’s why am quoting from different versions today.
Many are working diligently but foolishly. How do I mean? Many keep tilling someone else’s land and they are expecting to be blessed, No. You can’t be working in Ministry of works and expect your salary from Ministry of sport, it’s not done.
Our reading says, “AMP:He who tills his land shall be satisfied with bread,
The land you till determines if your bread will satisfy you. Are you diligent In tilling your own land? Many work where they have no joy for a day. Are you running someone else’s vision or your vision? Many work without satisfaction and keep saying, “we have no option”, you have options to seek for your land and work there in.
You can’t be working on someone else’s land and expect him/her to allow you go home with the fruit of his/her land. Be diligent in working on your land.
(b) Wise In Spending
Many are not diligent in spending their income after diligently earned.
“… but he who follows worthless pursuits is lacking in sense and is without understanding.” Amplified Version:
Many salaries end up in beer parlours, hotels, on Fancy materials, and non is being invested. Spend wisely. Safe part of your income. Invest in businesses (there are some that doesn’t need your physical presence).
Don’t be like those who lack sense. May you be wise with your diligently earned income in Jesus mighty name.

TOPIC: BE DILIGENT
Memory verse: 2 Tim. 2:6:
“The hardworking farmer must be first to partake of the crops.”
Bible Reading:
1 Thesis. 4:11-12
11 that you also aspire to lead a quiet life, to mind your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you, 12 that you may walk properly toward those who are outside, and that you may lack nothing.
BE DILIGENT TO PROVIDE FOR YOUR NEEDS
When a farmer plant seeds at the seed time and harvest the fruit at the harvest time, a good farmer will divide the fruits into three categories;
Firstly, Seed for food, secondly, Seed for Income, and thirdly, Seed for the next Seed time. Any farmer that jokes with one of the above will cease to be a farmer at the next seed time. Seed for food renew his strength. Seed for income convert his seed to cash to meet other needs. Seed for seed time is the next investment.
God never called believers to be a beggar but a lender (Deut. 28:1-13). God is not ready to bless anyone who is idle. Many keep praying for job and never made any attempt to seek for one. Many are not diligent with their works – they resumed office late, they skip office, they complain about loads of works, they argue with their boss – it’s all lack of diligence.
One of the reasons why we need to be diligent in our work is for our needs to be met, “and that you may lack nothing.”
When you have nothing doing or you are not diligent in your work it means, you will lack many things, I pray with you this morning, that your lack will come to an end in Jesus mighty name, Amen.
Do something. Be diligent concerning that business of yours. Mind your own business and let your hand work for your needs.
Do you have a needs? Be diligent with what you do.
Do Have A Great Day Ahead.

TOPIC: BE DILIGENT

Memory Verse: 2 Tim. 2:6
“The hardworking farmer must be first to partake of the crops.”

Bible Reading:
Prov. 6:6-11
6 Go to the ant, you sluggard! Consider her ways and be wise 7 Which, having no captain, Overseer or ruler, 8 Provides her supplies in the summer, And gathers her food in the harvest. 9 How long will you slumber, O sluggard? When will you rise from your sleep? 10 A little sleep, a little slumber, A little folding of the hands to sleep, 11 So shall your poverty come on you like a prowler, And your need like an armed man.
UTILIZE YOUR TIME WISELY
Time management is the key in all things. To be successful in any area of life, time management is the key. When you utilize your time diligently, your profit speaks.
Every farmer that sows at the right season reaps at the harvest season. Sowing at the right season means being diligent at what you do.
The ants knows when to go out to gather, when to keep and when to use it.
There is time for play and also time to work. When you play at the time you ought to work, you will be working when others are playing or resting. When you sleep when others are sowing you will be jobless when others are harvesting. It’s not too late if you’ve not be diligent since January, start now. Make use of your time wisely. The more you sleep the more you open door for poverty. Sleep less and work more.
Have A Great Day Ahead

TOPIC: LESSONS FROM HANNAH

Memory Verse: Heb. 13:8
“Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and forever.”

Bible Reading: 1 Sam. 1:24-25
24 Now when she had weaned him, she took  him up with her, with three bulls, one ephah of flour, and a skin of wine, and brought him to the house of the LORD in Shiloh. And the child was  young. 25 Then they slaughtered a bull, and brought the child to Eli.
PAY YOUR VOWS
This part is the most important and most dangerous part of every vow. God is a faithful God who will always be faithful to His word. When He has proved Himself Faithful, He expects us to also hold faithful to our vows. Many Christians has lost what they got from God through vow because they refuse to pay their vows. He who gives it can also take it back.
Hannah proved not to be an ingrate. She came back to God according to her vow. She presented Samuel, the only child as at then, to God as she has vowed. She paid the vow with sacrifices wholeheartedly and God did beyond her vow by blessing her with other children.
Fulfill your vows when God has done His part.
Have a Great Day ahead.

TOPIC: LESSONS FROM HANNAH

Memory Verse: Heb. 13:8
“Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and forever.”

Bible Reading: 1 Sam. 1:20
20 So it came to pass in the process of time that Hannah conceived and bore a son, and called his name Samuel, saying, “Because I have asked for him from the LORD.”
GOD WILL HONOUR YOUR VOWS
Hannah’s vow was honoured by God. She made her vow wholeheartedly, the servant of God stamped it, she completed her own part of the bargain and God finished the rest.
I pray with you Beloved; it shall come to pass, that your secret vows, request, petitions and prayers will be made a public testimony in Jesus Mighty Name.
As you take the necessary steps to your request, may Heaven remember you and complete the rest in Jesus Mighty Name.
The God that behold Hannah’s vow will also do yours  in Jesus Mighty Name.
Your tears of sorrow will change to tears of Joy, you will leap for Joy, the hand of God will perfect it in Jesus Might Name.

TOPIC: LESSONS FROM HANNAH

Memory Verse: Heb. 13:8
“Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and forever.”

Bible Reading: 1 Sam. 1:19
“19 Then they rose early in the morning and worshiped before the LORD, and returned and came to their house at Ramah. And Elkanah knew Hannah his wife, and the LORD remembered her.”
PLAY YOUR PART
God is a busy God who has a lot to attend to every moment. He attends to prayer request, vows, services, faith and righteousness of men towards Him. He searches for those who are prepared for what they are requesting for. It doesn’t matter the number of your request or prayers, God has them all in his palm. He recognizes your voice and sees your cry but one thing that matter to him is this, is your actions against your request? Do you really mean what you are asking for? Then, how do you prove this to God?
Hannah proved it by doing her part of the bargain. He went home and allowed her husband to “Knew” her, meaning, she did her part of the bargain with God. She did what’s in her power to enhance the vow she made with God. This is what God is looking for. He need you to contribute your quota of the prayer request.
Are you walking towards your prayers and vows or you want God to do it all? God is Almighty but He won’t do your duty for you. He is too busy to waste His time just on you alone. Your contribution to that request of yours is what will move Him to act and grant your prayers. The question is, What can you do to enhance the fulfillment of your request from God?
Have a Great Day ahead.

TOPIC: LESSONS FROM HANNAH

Memory Verse: Heb. 13:8
“Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and forever.”

Bible Reading: 1 Sam. 1:18
“18 And she said, “Let your maidservant find  favor in your sight.” So the woman went her way and ate, and her face was no longer sad.”
BELIEVE YOUR PROPHET
2 Chronic. 20:20,
“20 So they rose early in the morning and went out into the Wilderness of Tekoa; and as they went out, Jehoshaphat stood and said, “Hear me, O Judah and you inhabitants of Jerusalem: Believe in the LORD your God, and you shall be  established; believe His prophets, and you shall prosper.”
Hannah was a righteous woman whom God has really prepared ahead of her challenges. She is an epitome of God’s child for all Christian in this generation. Her faith in God was very strong that God allowed her to be tried.
After the wrong accusation from the Prophet of God, she still went ahead to believe and hold unto the last word of God’s servant to him. She accepted it in faith and mixed it with Joy. Faith is receiving what you prayed for before the manifestation, but Joy is the proof of your faith in God. When you have faith in God, you need to prove it with the sign of joy, celebration and cheerfulness.
Hannah proved her faith in God’s servant prayer with Joy in place of sadness. She went back to eat and was not sorrowful any more. Believe your prophet for your prosperity lies in Him.
